I am so excited about the new Neiman Marcus opening Friday @ Topanga........I have a weakness for designer shoes and handbags, and Neiman is one of my "Happy Places", along with Saks, Nordstrom, Macy's and Bloomies!

I am by far a a rich or wealthy woman, but there is noting like a Chanel or LV handbag with the shoes to match.....All I know is there is nothing like "GOOD" Retail Therapy and Neiman is a great place to start.  

I may not be there on "Opening Day" (I do not get paid until the 10th)..........but I will be there!!!!!!

It's almost that time and I still remain undecided!  I am not very political and do not understand all the in's and out's of the policies and procedures, but I know it is very important to cast a vote.......My issue with voting this October is that my candidate for the "Preident of the United States of America" is no longer in the running, therefore, my vote is no longer "my vote".......I have to vote for who is still in the race, and thus my dilemma!

Although very excited about Obama, Hillary was my choice and would love to cast my vote for Hillary, however, that choice has been taken away from me and I am now forced, or not forced to vote for someone else.  How is this fair?  I have to choose between Obama and McCain.......No way, No how, No, McCain.......but I am still on the fence about Obama, for many reasons (too many to list), so where are my other choices?  I don't have any other choice, except not to vote.......As a young African American woman, I know I need to vote,  I know I have to vote, or do I? 

To vote or not to vote, that is the question.........I just don't know.
