Hey guys, of all the holidays we celebrate, Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite. I suppose it began when I was a child. Thanksgiving was the only time of the year when I got to see much of my family in one place, usually my home. The food was always incredible, (especially the sweet potato pies which are still my favorite), and there was always plenty of it--enough to snack on for days afterward. And interestingly, the food always tasted even better by the third or fourth day. As an adult, I began to appreciate more and more the importance of being thankful for the wonderful things in my life. We can always find someone or something, some person or circumstance, some friend, relative or situation to complain about. And that's OK. Personally, I've always found it more rewarding, more fulfilling and more beneficial to my well being overall to complain less about what's not going right and give thanks for the things in my life that are good. As such, I'd like to acknowledge my most valuable possessions--the people in my life who are closest to me. They keep me grounded, often keep me out of trouble, frequently give me good advice and stand by me when I screw up anyway. They are, in a word, PRICELESS. Everything else I own now or will ever acquire in the future is secondary.
And thank you faithful viewers for helping me keep it real all these years, for letting me know when I've screwed up, for forgiving me when I do, for sharing in the triumphs and tragedies we've been through together for the last 15 years, in short for being there day in and day out and trusting me to tell you the news of the day. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and don't forget to count your blessings.

Tony,

Isn't Thanksgiving wonderful? God really keeps us focused by using the people around us to stay grounded and true. I hope you have a wonderful and happy thanksgiving, and most of all, keep up your sense of humor! I still get a laugh out of the "camel ride promo" which keeps getting aired.

I will give Thanksgiving a tie with another one of my favorite holidays: New Years. I'm of Japanese descent, and New Years Day is a special holiday for us...I'll write something about it fairly soon, and hopefully get some interesting responses.

By the way, sometimes the mess ups are funny, and I get a laugh from them!

Tony, I always found your TV personality to be likeable. You seem smart and worldly. I do trust you because I hear what you say when you have dialogue with others on ch 11. I have not once felt anything was funny when the hat fell from your head when you were on the camel. Indeed its annoying to me when others on ch 11 carry on as if it were humorous. I just don't get it as funny. I have seen videos online which do make me laugh so I am confident I do have a spirit which is ticklish. I used to like buffets. Shakeys lunch all-you-can-eat was fun. Now I cannot eat so much and Thanksgiving is like an all you can eat holiday! and I don't like turkey meat. I like chinese food though. I hope we can get a Chinese holiday in America.

Tony, I sent you a copy of a letter yesterday, 1/16, directed to Elizabeth Espinosa via email. Did you receive it? I want to make sure the people I addressed got it. I found out today that Elizabeth is no longer there, would you make sure that she receives it.

Thanks.

Part 1:Steve - I'm writing to you in response to the blog that dorothy lucy wrote on friday regarding you and lisa breckenridge. I have to say that just when I thought Fox 11 couldn't hit the gutter anymore than what it already had, you did, not once but twice. The first was the lie detector test, the second was lucy's comments about an alleged affair between you and ms. breckenridge. I'm blogging you as well as everyone else in the station in hopes that this will find it's way to Jose and dorothy. In hopes it finds Jose because this is his newsroom, one in which he has lost all control over the on air personality, in which makes him look just as trashy as jillian and dorthy.
Dorothy. How dare you presume that just because two people are in a room together that they are having sex.Was there anyone else in the room or did you fail to write that? Everyone has a motive when they do somethign like that, what was yours? Was it to hurt steve and his wife? His children, who yes, are on the internet my dear. Did you think what would happen if his children's friends read that blog? Do you even realize the consequences of your actions? These things come about because of personal insecurities you have with yourself. Look in the mirror...don't hide behind your religion or your make up. Look into your eyes and realize that the things that you have said lately, ON AIR is the most outrageous things I have ever had to listen to. HOw would you like it to have your mother, sister, or even son to read somethign like that?

Part 2:You maliciously sat down and wrote a blog to intentionally hurt someone because you feel inferior. You are a women, an on air personality and this is how you choose to conduct yourself? Do you really want the younger generation watching you, the way you dress, the horrific things you say, and thinking this is how a professional acts? I've seen you talk about how horrible it is that lindsay lohan does this or that but you are no better. You are no better of a role model. How dare you ask personal and embarrasing questions to ms. breckenridge during the lie detector test. did you think it would make you feel better? Put you up on a different level? The only level you are on is trash. You trash ms. breckenridge because she has the qualities, grace and professionalism that neither you nor jillian will ever have. I'm saddened that ms. breckenridge has not taken another job. It saddens me that this is the kind of newsroom Jose is running. I do believe that your ratings would be higher if there were more quality people on air rather than jillian and yourself.
You are a woman, you have been given an opportunity to act in a way that promotes healthy qualities in woman all over and be something greater than the gossip hound that you are.
And jose, shame on you for allowing these things to go on in YOUR STATION! Was the lie detector test not enough? Was it not enough that we all had to hear personal questions being asked of ms. breckenridge? that was not fair.

. Part 3:It's one thing to be on that heinous game show because you wanted to...but another to have to do it FOR YOUR JOB...because your NEWS DIRECTOR (and I say that loosely) gave you that story? Yes, there will always be caddyness in the workplace, but jillian and dorothy, due to their lack of respect for themselves and everyother person, have crossed the line. What would have happened if you would have asked jillian if she has sexual tension with someone? Or if she likes anal or can only do anal? What if someone asked dorothy if she was jealous of anyone or if she's had plastic surgery? And by allowign these blogs, you, my friend, have opened up a can of worms that is only going to lead to the deterioration of your newsroom. Yes, other channels have blogs, but they are way up on the rictor scale of class than this channel.
