The weekend I had

Ok..so the weekend started off great..goint o a sleepover with my Girls!  We are a bunch of crazy girls, that know how to have fun. Everything from drinks, food, pinatta's, kewl cups and NICE STRAWS..haha! Everyone was dancing, singing, taping, and ofcourse drinking. Then we started taking silly picts on the floor...which is when I managed to scratch my eye..yes. Have contacts, something got underneath and scratch my eye. My eye was so bloodshot and watering like crazy..I couldnt even open it. Then got a horrible headache, that I could not get rid of..so I went to bed...aww.  BUT..I didnt throw up..woo hoo!! 

Sat. got home, my eye was a lil better, but out of the blue, my eye started to hurt again, was red and watering again. Couldnt see the rest of the day, out of that eye. Sun. I can finally put in my contact and its not hurting as bad, but still sensitive to light.

I know my eyes are very important, and take good care of them..but when that happened to my eye, it was one of the worst pains I've felt..just becuz it was my eye. Take care of them!

lol cuteypops...I should have went, but used eye drops. Plus I was scured to go with it being my eye.

My husband scratche his eye one time took him to er to make sure something wasn't imbedded.It wasn't.But they put a patch on it with the eye closed so he wouldn't blink and told him to leave it on 24 hours as the eye heals itself in 24 hours if you aren't blink and rubbing.So patch it and leave the contact out it should help it heal faster.I got dirt I guess in mine yesterady with that wind and at 2 A.M I woke up and it was like a faucet was turned on the watering it did.It is ok this morning but rought earlier.Hope it gets to feeling better soon.

Yes, Jeanette, I kept my contact out for atleast 24 hours..its clearer now, and not hurting so thats good.

I know just how it felt because my birth dad hit me in the eye and he has 2 big rings and one cut my eye. I was in pain for weeks with it,and never got to go to the doctors for it..
When you see me and look at my one eye you can see this black line on the bottom where it cut me.......
I feel so sorry for you I know how bad it hurts to have your eye cut or scratched.....

aww Shannon, I'm glad your eye is getting better. I scratched my cornea a couple of times and I know it was the worst pain ever.
Oh and for the record... I didn't get sick until I got home the next morning!

I have lived in St. Charles/ St. Peters ALL my life...WOOHOO. The love of my life is my 5yr old son..he's the BEST!!! I am a faithfull FOX2 watcher and LOVE the snow. I just want enough snow to be snowed in for a couple days, that would be sweet! So you weather boys, let your girl know when Im gonna get it...I'll be waiting. Im also a Bloggette and an STLMOM...you'll soon see what that is!!!!!
