Ok my sentimental favorite has always been Christina and I am a huge fan of hers, because she has played honestly and she has the talent to deliver the kitchen Chef Gorden Ramsey wants.

While I also like Petroza, it seems to me that if Chef Ramsey has watched tonight's video of the show, the winner is clearly obvious. Christina had her menu and restaurant nailed very well, and she was much better organized than Petroza. The food taste testers were Chef Ramsey's and I do not believe that the credibility isn't quite there as to their judgments. Likewise, while Petroza won the competition which is highly questionable at this point, it appears Christina has the better team mates to finish the job. As I am not privy to next week's episode, it is my good belief that even if Jen; who seems intent on destroying whichever candidate she is working for, Christina should win this because of her team. I also believe that Jen can easily be leashed in case she acts up against the girls team. However, if Jen goes to the men's team, that should all but seal the men's team's fate. Matt worked well with Christina, it was Ben and Jen that he did not get along with. So barring anything unforeseen, from tonight's posting I will predict Christina the winner of next week's final Hells Kitchen 2008 competition.

United Nuclear has put together a conversion kit that will let you car run on both hydrogen and gasoline both. The kit is a two pronged process requiring their generator at your home. The generator can be used to manufacturer your own hydrogen in your garage and store it there in cells or plug directly into your car. They have logged over 50,000 miles on this system and it works providing that your engine has a compression ratio of 9.5 to 1. So essentially your car has the tanks and then the generator which will create the hydrogen via solar panels, windmill or even household electricity, through the former are nearly costless.

I felt it important to pass this latest news on to all of you, because American ingenuity is at work here and it won't take ten years, rather but a very short time. The state of Michigan has already approved this and it won't pollute either, but, the State of California has yet to approve your usage of hydrogen which may be illegal in the golden state to use and convert your existing gasoline engine to.

Another note: Smog checks send your car's information to the state's central computer, but be aware if your car registers to low on the State's minimum smog specs for your car, the state might reject your smog certificate. This is because the computer has a maximum and minimum suspected tolerance to meet guidelines and smog specs that are too low for your model and make of car, it will be rejected as being a fault with the readings, even if the reading of low smog levels is correct.

A legislature in the state needs to be made aware of this computer practice and remove the minimum specs and also the laws in California must be changed so that your exhaust system modifications to hydrogen are not illegal as they currently are.

If this mayor has his way with the Los Angeles city council, they should have you above ten percent taxation and don't think it will stop there. Like oil futures, greed has no bounds, after all, this high school kid who couldn't graduate and instead settled on a GED and became mayor via probably votes of extra illegals as well as the Libs, was the same idiot who scrubs toilets while looking to hold you up on the freeways that he advocated. He is the same lamebrain who wants a million more trees but doesn't have the cash or crew to trim existing ones. The same Mayor who is so freaking smart he will fill potholes instead of resurfacing streets. He installs traffic cameras with the city council to intrude further on your freedom of movement, all in the name of hitting you with fees and even if you do nothing your photo gets snapped at times anyhow. Now they are going beyond what other city councils and Mayor's dare not do. They are looking to follow Chicago and break past the 10 percent mark and it won't stop there. Here is how these thugs really work.

If you noticed your DWP bill gets hiked about every three to 4 months, this is what will happen. Half a cent sales tax increases several times a year if they are bold enough. First it will go to 10 cents, then 10.5 cents than hit the 11 cent mark and then 11.5 and probably stop for a breather in several years when they reach the 17 cents per sale mark on the dollar. Then they will think well, we are in so much debt pissing tax monies away, we should should eventually for a 25 percent sales tax, after all, why should we stop at 20 percent right? Think I am joking, just look at England's sales taxation and then it hits home my friend so 8.50 percent sales taxation in Los Angeles, enjoy it while it lasts cause higher taxes are the only thing guaranteed by thugs like these.

This old hag has the audacity to scream against you for having a second amendment right while she herself carries a hand gun, the very hypocritaci ideals you would expect from a Marxist and criminal. In 2001 thru 2006 she sat on Milcon and forwarded beefy contracts to her husband's companies for Iraq and Afghanistan. Her Senate staff tried to destroy wikipedia records of these transactions which is in and of itself a disingenuous act of corruption and deception. In 1990 her husband had guaranteed her campaign loans which she failed to disclose which resulted in thousands of dollars in fines.

This woman has voted every evil against the people of this country. She needs to be impeached and removed from office and placed in a jail cell. She is not only a very dangerous threat to liberties and freedoms of Americans, but she is nothing more then a wealthy thug foisting naked Marxisms upon the people whom she has been so purposefully out-of-touch with including her threat to free speech.

This hypocrite coward even backstabbed her own party members. She announced support for Hillary however as the Barak campaign became more powerful abandoned Clinton like yesterday's bad trash. A democratic backstab, not standing by what she said, you bet it was.

Diane Feinstein will go down in history as not only a naked Marxist, but a thug whose very contempt for the freedoms guaranteed by the American Bill of Rights and Constitution are as inalienable as is the original Soviet system to our freedoms.

Just when you thought they had become a smidgen brighter, the Tinselturds are getting ready for corporate suicide run number two. You know something, it amazes me how they Hollywood exec schmucks at the AMPTP and elsewhere never learned that they should do anything to abort a strike rather than stiffing everyone. Then again, what else is new with these production putzes. From FX loaded features with lousy hack jobs, foisted on unwary viewers to, fleecing their pockets for every dime they can steal off you, to their sheer political arrogance of open Marxisms, the Tinseturds never fail to amaze me.

How about it Charles III, get back to the bargaining table! Your group does nothing other than creating hurt and unemployment. What's with you schmucks? Can't you return this industry back to a few glory days of great acting talents mixed with unhacked stories that truly represent who we really are, not the crap you foist forward onto the American viewer?

Can't you putzes just pay talent for their work fairly? Your strategic antics with the AFTRA group was apparently clear to me, and not only my ears, but that of many others in this industry, so just what are you doing? Playing one against the other, that is your view of doing business? Please spare me the smalltalk. If you want to salvage a regrowing industry and halt a massive strike of angry pickets who are your artists, it's time to sit down now Charles and do what is right, otherwise cause the hurt and go on acting like Tinselturds. Misery loves company and Tinselturds too. In the end the productions lose! Not the viewers, not the artists, but everyone else you decided to stiff for your own production egos. Conseravtive Talk Radio and Blogs are alive and well. Now a Junya Senator from New York, Speaker of the House (perhaps not much longer) Nancy Pelosi, and Diane Franken-Not-So-Feinstein are getting ready to stiff free speech. What they want is communistic Marxist-Stalinistis controls of the freedom of radio, blogs and any other dissent you may have with the Government, but only if it's from a certain, erhmmm, conservative viewpoint!

Okay so let us take this a step further. Does FOX really want a bunch of Liberals preaching to a public that will turn them off, because that is what will happen? Do you the fellow blogger who is Conservative (nevermind the liberal whackjob nuts who are helplessly brainwashed into any gullible direction), do you the conservative blogger and talk radio listener really want this to happen to your right to speak out freely, just as I am blogging here in this topic.

See, here is the problem. Nancy Pelosi is a Liberal, there is no doubt about that. I am sure she would go march with the breasts for bombs crowd if she had the option. Diane Feinstein is a very different story. Besides being a Stalinist, she is also a traitor to this country and nothing more than a criminal thug. In fact guess what. She is a corrupt senator who has opposed just about everything the founders provided.

Likewise that fraud with the bigmouth Trent Lott from the big MO wanted to also silence free speech as he didn't like it. Even Sean Hannity called him on the issue and he wanted to silence free speech. I mean for a long time right wing conservative I was shocked that this guy turned putz just to shut you and I up. Well guess what Trent baby, you big mouthed Southern Cartoon Rooster throwback from a forgotten era, ain't happening. When it comes to the keyboard or microphone let me quote a second amendment saying for the first amendment "From my cold dead fingers."

Savage, Hannity, Rush and even that failure Al Franken all should be allowed to have a show in a free marketplace and any interference to stop it should be squashed and those politician's thrown out of office. Hopefully that old hag Senator Franken-Not-So-Feinstein can go to jail for corruption along with her husband, Pelosi can go to burning her bra in Frisco's streets with the other whackjob perverts up there, the bigmouth from Missouri can just go drop dead, while floating down the river and out to sea and the little unknown schmuck senator from New York, well, she can shove a douche down her throat and eat that before she helps strip my freedom to speak out, no matters how offensive it may be. That my conservative friends is the first amendment to the constitution of the united states and "Free Speech." The founders wanted to protect unpopular statements and that is why these phonies and many more must never be allowed to push bills that stifle your freedom to speak out. Cause if they are successful here, they will not stop there. If you thought that banning offensive words were the start, it is a slippery slope to hell from there, and haven't we nearly been through that already fighting for the freedoms we enjoy.

Much to the dismay of that piece of crap Senator Diane Franken-not-so-Feinstein, you remember it. The one whose Husband and her are being investigated on corruption charges which we have yet to know what will be their fate. Yes much to the dismay of many ultra leftwing Liberal nutjobs, and Marxists, the constitution of the United States has been upheld by 5 justices on the Supreme Court. The will of the people and honesty has reigned in. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

This coming week when you go to celebrate the fourth of July and do an outdoor Bar-B-Q, just remember every man and woman who has served this country and what they fought for, from Mr. Adam's, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, to Johnny Comes Marching home, to Michael on the battlefields of World War 1 to Jimmy flying as an ace in a P51 Mustang against Japanese Zeros in the Pacific to David in South Korea to Amos and Cindy in Vietnam and John McCain too. Remember all of their faces, the sacrifices, the original contract with America by the founders, the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Red, White and Blue has a special meaning, even for those wishing to further destroy this great country and what it has offered. Yes the Diane Franken-Not-So-Feinsteins of this country will scream kicking as they are dragged off in orange prison suits for their corruption charges, but hey, at least they didn't strip you of your God given rights that many have sacrificed for.

The second amendment is alive and well, and this decision 5-4 shall remain so for decades to come. Let peace and freedom be with us always. Happy Birthday America.

    In thew late 1980's I had the pleasure of watching, the movie sequel of Phantasm2, and I thought nothing of it. Why, because I was proudly from Los Angeles, the biggest baddest California city in the state and we were the Borg, the biggest baddest bad asses in the golden state. No other city in the golden state can be who we are, a reason why Los Angelites should be proud that they easily rival New York City for being the biggest and greatest city in the United States of America. Yeah, you got me right. When my pop and I went to a San Jose theater to see this movie Phantasm 2 in the late 80's, we lived with no fear, cause where we came from, the state was ours as citizens and we walked with no fear. Los Angeles was and remains California.
    Even in this late great age with everything as it is, L.A. is a megatropolis rivaled by no city in the entire country let alone New York, and a San Francisco with all of its class never comes close to what we are, have been and will be, never ever. Nor does Sacramento nor Fresno. We are it in the golden state and the rest of the country, as arrogant as that may sound to others with city pride, L.A. truly is the place. It is a cultural, shining beacon for everyone regardless of their political or cultural persuasion to be vastly proud of and I endorse it in body and soul, always and forever.
    This is because we came from the largest city in the golden State. We already had the movie colors, the biggest baddest gangs ever, and yet we came from a part of California, the golden state, worse than any party ever imagined. But we also came from the brightest city, the most expansive California city, and the city with the most golden history of any city of any California city to ever exist. We were and remain the beacon of light within the golden state, far more then any other to ever exist and will remain as such, as long as freedom and people work together. That is why resistance is futile, always has been and always will be in the golden state, because we have the best quality, always have and always will.

The HBO series was performed and executed in excellent historical detail from the story to the production. The music was also right on target and the best thing is that the author may have a direct relation to the title character Mr. President John Adams.

Rarely do we get films of this era, the late 1700's as we do here and even more rare is the facts that surround this production when it comes to historical accuracy. I did however find that the character of Thomas Jefferson was kept rather cool and calculating which was not the case. in real life. Yes a descendant of John Adams authored this, and that especially gives great insight into many personal issues or facts that outside authors might not have heard of or known. I found it interesting to see how women were dealt with when confronted with Breast Cancer in that age of medicine which was still rather in the dark ages, or no anesthesia being cut open, and no radiation if such a horrible illness should return. The loss of an Adams boy was also very human, between father and son, and alcoholism. The story was far more then just politics as usual and should appeal to Democrats and Republicans alike for its attention to detail, politics and the very, very human issues that affect everyone regardless of their patriot allegiances. This is an HBO 7 part miniseries and so because of its high quality, attention to detail, musical scoring and the rest of the production involved I give this 5 Sebar's out of 5 Sebars and highly recommend you rent or even get the video while it is on sale. It is the kind of series you will come back to at a later time and enjoy with others.

One of the greatest journalists in the biz was Tim Russert and it didn't matter if someone was a Dem or Rep or anyone else. We have lost a great piece of journalistic history as we did in Peter Jennings and honestly I personally wanted to send my condolences to Mr. Russert's family. He was a great guy and will be missed by many. In addition I also want to say to all the Fox journalists thank you too all networks for the fine hard work keeping us informed.

A horse comes to mind, but not enough property for that and oh, horses do throw riders, with medical bills skyrocketing as fast as gasoline, oh well.

Then there are the mopeds. Correct me if I am wrong but you can get by on a moped with 50cc engines or smaller if you don't want a driver's license though some ahole politician I am sure will get that changed soon, to make more money from people, they aren't happy now being the most expensive taxed state to live in.

Of course if you do get a motorocycle license because you need a 150cc engine to get up steep hills to get home, or around town, then of course the sky is the limit.

Scooters like the commies in China used to have before they got our entire automotive industry and only 2 dollars a gallon for the Cadillac drivers, used to be what most Chinamen and women used to get around with (the poor one's if lucky) still do.

Then there is electric bikes, yes no gasoline, but do you really think you are getting a break in California where the DWP maintains the highest paid employees while zapping consumers every few months for excuses to pillage the average family or person out of what little (after-tax) cash they may have left? Plug em in and off you go for a little while on battery power.

Traditional bikes, remember those school days riding home, I do. Yeah it was fun till a neighbors pitbull chased me. I always kept an extra milkbone for those suckers, worked okay a few times, then the dog got wise and I changed my route, only to discover that one had a German Shepard and Rotweiller. Sometimes you can't win for losing when pedaling home, and now every L.A. block has a recycled nasty pitbull...thank you L.A. animal centers for that!

Going further down the list we come to Skateboards with electric or gas motors. Yes they work and well, you can go on sidewalks, much to the chagrin of angry pedestrians. If the noise is too much, foot powered scooters or skateboards will do, including those skateboards with a tall handle, those work well. If you can handle them, skates do fine if you do not need to negotiate hills, though the down sides can be a bit hairy, but hey, easy come easy go.

And finally if you are blessed with two good feet and legs, well heck, why not walk or jog if health permits and you are only going blocks. Hopefully no loose dogs nearby, and the fresh air never hurts anyone, as long as there aren't too many pollutants where you live and the weather is pleasant. Weigh in on your forms of travel as alternatives to gasoline, and forget hydrogen or electric cars, they just aren't here in bulk as of yet, but they are coming or this economy is going, take your pick, so weigh in, what works for you?

I guess it's my opinion but a new show with both as co-hosts on entertainment and then about 5 segments covering an hour "formatted the correct way" would do very well. An additional speaker would come in for each segment of the show. A structured show format with aimed topic formats per segment would be enough to hold the viewers interests. If it is done properly, the show could become something never seen before on television. Each show could start out as a news show and end as a reality game show with a winner per show. I know how far fetched this comes out, but it can be easily made to work as a unique format twist, though that is all I am saying for now.

The reason the old TSH "That's So Hollywood" failed as I have mentioned in the past is because of the format followed by other smaller issues, such as no stability on the co-host seats. When Lauren Sanchez had prego number two followed almost immediately by prego number three, that caused a hostess instability situation. While the producers of the old show waited for Lauren to return, the shows chaotic format, rotating co-hosts and other issues brought the ratings down and the show with it. This didn't have to occur, but it sadly did and people lost jobs which I always hate to see in these tough times. A good man like Mark Thompson shouldn't have lost his show, it didn't have to happen, so the big question, is Mark going to dance to weather forecasts or rebound, come out slugging away as a big winner and kicking the television butt ratings where they belong up high? I am willing to bet it is the latter rather than the former. Now why Christine Devine?

Christine Devine in my humble opinion has experience in news delivery, but I think she would make a great co-host alongside Mark in a show, because of not only her professionalism in news delivery, but also her participation on a set as well. While Christine is a top notch news anchor, I believe she has talent to cover a very wide variety of subjects and that the chemistry between her and Mark is there to work and work very well. From a production point of view both Mark and her are delivery tools for media and both have a great (already working) relationship and media delivery nailed to a tee. Along with format change and segments which can include others, I believe this would be a great Saturday, early-evening show, or even a 7 to 8 time slot for a Friday to nab viewers and boost ratings on a variety of subjects on Tinseltown, the craft, the productions and the residents; plus a small game show ender at the end, that will have viewers pulling for contestants each week, with a winner a week. So "That's So Hollywood" may be dead and long gone, but here's to a future show with the right set up that could be nailed big time for great ratings and fun!!!

People often ask me to please leave the political stuff and get back to the entertainment stuff and so for a while I am going to do just that. I thought that on a brighter note, I would post some of my favorite old DVD picks and not so picks, so like Ed Sullivan once claimed, "We are going to have a really big shewwwww!

First off the new Star Trek HD Remastered DVD set. The fx look cheap for the most part especially the old Enterprise, considering that these are CGI fx as well. On the other hand, in the series there were other fx that were better, and the remastering did wipeout many old film scratches and markings, while extracting vibrant colors to digital. They did this while maintaining the flavor of the old 60's series which still has the feel of the 60's with all the cute girls strutting around in space age miniskirts. Sound fx also were enhanced and some additional music scores added. With HD DVD dead and almost gone and Bluray the new winner it is curious to see that Paramount didn't have the DVD's with the original untouched shows plus the standard shows. My other beef with Paramount is the flip disks. For a series that costs this much, they should have provided DVD's that were single sided. That brings me to my next point. Amazon is selling the HD Star Trek TOS Season 1 at the time of this writing at 95 dollars. That is way too much for all but the diehard trekkies. If Paramount's Tinselturds were a bit brighter, they might halve that amount, but who ever claimed that Tinselturds could think in the first place. The only thing they are good at doing is dropping dead and doing everyone a favor. So with those honest words posted here is my ratings for the HD-DVD Star Trek Season 1 set. Out of a possible 5 stars maximum rating it gets a 2. What brought it down to a two is price gouging, poor quality ship rendering and flip disks for the current pricing. It could have been a 5 star rating if those things had originally been addressed but as it remains such, I say it is two stars and that is because of the original TOS we all love or it could have been a 1 star rating. Buy it at your own risk, or wait till Paramount fixes things for their potential customers.

Crime Story Season 1 and 2. A million bucks a show, but it was the best quality cop shows ever to have come out. Set in the early to mid 1960's, we see Dennis Farina, a real cop, pursuing a thug named Ray Luca, loosely based on caricatures of 60's crime bosses and the syndicate with a Jewish mob leader named Manny Wiseboard, played by a great and wonderful actor Joseph Wiseman (God bless him), who played in the original Dr. No James Bond film and has performed stagecraft for many decades. While the series only lasted two seasons mainly because NBC decided "unwisely" to pay for a top series at a million bucks a show, the shows have easily stood the test of time and actually while overlooked, provided a historical glimpse at a forgotten but active time in America. They also are a historic look at many original Las Vegas casinos long gone. Action packed, historical 60's rock tunes, great story plots, subplots and unexpected twists all add up to a terrific series. Each episode stands alone and there really isn't anything I can say is imperfect except it only lasted two seasons. My rating for this original TV series is 5 stars. If you like gritty crime dramas without all the scientific mumbo jumbo of today's boring and dragged out series, then you will love this and enjoy it over and over again as time fleets.

My best movie release of the week is the Rambo 4 flick. A great actor and fellow writer, Sly Stallone just cannot be beat, whether its boxing gloves or machine guns, Sly has remained faithful to his action genre and gritty tough, yet human characters. Rambo 4 takes place in the recent Myanmar in which a ravaging hurricane recently killed many. With few hotspots to go, we see Rambo at home in the jungles of Southern Asia, the land of the River Kwai, gun battles, explosions and a straight forward, bullet-proof plot support the roundout of this series. What starts out slow quickly turns into a chase, search and rescue flick with Rambo doing what he does best...WAR! If you like this genre film and the previous Rambo's, you will love this flick. This time we get to win a war, erhmmm, our vet does. Could there be more Rambo's in the making? Only a great actor such as Sylvester Stallone and some studio execs know??? Rambo 4 gets a 5 star rating.

Blu-Ray choice: MGM/Fox's Battle of Britain. This old title comes to life once again in the new Blu-Ray format bringing a remastered high quality to the old 1970 MGM historical flick which takes place in late 1940. Plenty of aerial scenes mixed with both live footage and staged shots help recreate this historical aerial battle of the war precursor to the German's bombing of London. Set in a different part of the world's history, the scenes are breathtaking, the action consistent mixed with several intriguing storylines of love and war. Romance in a hotel room during a bombing run, you bet! The "Battle of Britain" is a must see for everyone except small kids, though the aerial scenes may be enticing for them, having a guy's eyes shot out into red tomatoes is not. Because they used black and white historical footage to make up for the color staged shots they didn't shoot, I am giving this a 4 star rating. That aside, it is definitely worth having both as a standard DVD or especially with the new Blu-Ray format. This FOX-MGM title should have had more added to it, but seems to be left pretty much to stand on its own. No specials added, not even an original movie trailer or commentary. Either way, it stands alone and well at 4 stars and is well worth adding to anyone's fine collection.

Great, we "Roller Coaster Tyccoon 3 " users wanted to play too, for several years now and thanks to the third party community, the one's that other RCG (Roller Coaster Game)  Publisher ignored for several years, the community has played. Unfortunately with bugs, inaccurate rides, themes that were corny and lots of lag. As you can see I had become Lagtose Intolerant and just had to pour it out, cause it gave me diarrhea. So the community has come together and while No Limits and its German Counterpart Virtual Rides has some neat stuff, they won't be what TPB3D will grow into. That means if you have to pay to play, it ain't worth it anymore. Sure that other RCG publisher with the logo that flips its users the bird in red and white accented lines may seem viable with a new President, and hey, I honestly wish them well. You need of course a good plunger to unclog it, so all the crap that the other publisher has languished upon the shoulders of its customers, doesn't stink too bad. That is why TPB3D is the plunger. It might be just a stick right now, but rest assured that when we screw on the large rubber piece on the end of that stick, that sucker will really do the job and help force the clogged up crap that this community has suffered through for several years of a product that never really got fixed ( hint: I don't blame it on Frontier ) by the publisher that entangled itself in lawsuits on a Legal-Go-Round while ignoring its customers. Yeah they may now try and fix the bugs in their old product while touting a brand new product to try and lure you away. But just remember that to do so is to repeat history. Do you really need more clogged toilets? I rather put a new one in that is clog free and that you can control. It might be crude at the very start, but in the end it will give you years of pleasurable use, rather than a lot of stopped up crap, it won't be tied to a faceless monster corporation and best of all it will be free to everyone. Remember that being Lagtose Intolerant can stop up any toilet. I say flush the old RCG publisher and replace em with something free and that will be around a very long time.
