I love the fact that since the only Music on MTV is now rap and I agree with Bruce Willis' comment it "Makes me crazy." that there is so much to listen to in Country Music. I am not a Rap fan to be honest is cuz I can't understand the Lyrics. Simple as that. I also find it very offensive to sit in my car and have to hear the Radio from a car somewhere in my area swearing at me.
Not that 50's "My fishing pole broke, the Creek's full of sand my wife ran away with another man stuff." But make you happy want to smile and the men are not that hard to look at. There is a lot of competition for this Genre of Music now and it is someone different everyday. I mean literally everyday. I did laugh when a young guy said this joke so did my Husband.
"What do you get if you play a Country Music Record backwards?" "You get your fishing pole back, your wife and your dog."
Saw Bon Jovi do very, very well. The Eagles came out very well also and I am not a big Eagles Fan.
So many older artists from as far back as the 70's are coming to Country. Country seems to be ok with it. Eddie Money just made an Album. Did anyone else see that? Man how old is he? He looks alot like Mickey Rourke and sounds like Ozzy.
So anyway give it a try. You may just be surprised. You can find just about any beat or mood you want and there is also alot worth listening too.

Hello I would really love to hear from anyone who is going or plans on going to the Bon Jovi Concert in Los Angeles. Since I am unable due to some medical issues I really would enjoy to hear that there is someone who blogs who is willing to share. Pictures would be great also.
Saw Bon Jovi on Saturday Night Live not too long ago and it was one of the best of SNL in my opinion. It is good to hear and see that all they have done is not just making money and being on TMZ. They do a lot of good and it would be nice to hear from anyone who agrees or I know you are out there some that do not like them.

I love Music but not all of it. Award Shows there are so many I really appreciate my Tivo. This year I noticed they did a Memorable Moments. I loved it. Did anyone else see the one where Michael Jackson and Eddie Murphy were together on a previous show and Michael could not bend down to reach microphone? He actually tries to get Eddie to fix it and Eddie started to then realized what was going on and made a joke? Loved it.
There are so many different styles and so many different people there. Seemed like it was actually a fun show. But what happened to Heavy Metal? I did not see that although Gene Simmons, Slash and some of them were presenters. Did anyone else miss that other than me? Samo?
Maybe next year Beep's group will be there. I miss Beep.

Besides what I heard last week on beep's blog I am a Lynryd Skynrd fan and an even bigger Van Zant which brings Lynryd together with family which is from 38 Special. Their new music is good. Everyone knows some of the old from both. I am a very big Toby Keith fan but Rock n Roll comes together with Country in this house and can change the mood of all. Except I am not into anything that encourages taking out frustration on someone else's property. Guess I won't be judging this stuff soon but I do listen.

Hey those who have not read Samo's blog I think it is very good. I saw a commercial and only caught it because Samo blogged first.
