I love Music but not all of it. Award Shows there are so many I really appreciate my Tivo. This year I noticed they did a Memorable Moments. I loved it. Did anyone else see the one where Michael Jackson and Eddie Murphy were together on a previous show and Michael could not bend down to reach microphone? He actually tries to get Eddie to fix it and Eddie started to then realized what was going on and made a joke? Loved it.

There are so many different styles and so many different people there. Seemed like it was actually a fun show. But what happened to Heavy Metal? I did not see that although  Gene Simmons, Slash and some of them were presenters. Did anyone else miss that other than me? Samo?

Maybe next year Beep's group will be there. I miss Beep.

i'm not really into award shows. seems like another way for only the most popluar to get more credit for themselves, even though their music sucks. i think they really catagorise music wrong. i think one year the smashing pumpkins won for heavy metal song of the year. they aren't even a metal band. i also notice as years gone by their has been less and less live performances and more lip syncing. what's up with that? bottomline is that the music industry uses this as a way to brainwash everyone on what's good and what they are tricked into thinking is good and bad. well i'm not buying into it.

i mean, why is britney so popular? is it because of her music, or because everywhere you look she's right there in your face, and in time her annoying songs get stuck in your head??? just look at her new single "give me more". it sounds more like a demo then a full song, but since it get's so much play, it just gets embbeded in your mind. don't let them brain wash you. fight the system!!! blow it up! blow it all up!!!!!!!!

Hi scooch :-)

Samo, That is so true! I get what you're saying about certain music. I can't stand it when I first hear it, but then it like grows on you. It’s weird.

Well here I go. I am a Daycare Provider from my home for 15 years. Hard work but I learn something funny, new and more daily. I started blogging I believe in Feb. 2007 to help with my depression over many things. Plus I was looking for conversation with people taller than your average 2 year old. I also blog helping my husband's life become a little easier on him when he comes hime from work. It helps me vent, learn and I love Pop Culture. Now I blog because I have met some great people some who I hope will be friends forever and some people who are bloggers because they are mean and bitter. So here is to Sept 2007. Thank all of you who take time to write to me.
