music: what are you into, and why?

i love music, and i enjoy many types. as the years go by my taste hasn't changed much,but it's ever growing. as a young kid i enjoyed mostly hair bands since that was the cool thing to listen too at the time. then i branched out to alternative in my teens, and now in my 20's i have gone back into the roots of whatever inspired the musicians that i have enjoyed.

so here are some of my favorite bands not in any order of importance.

the colour, they are a great local cali band. one of the best new bands i have ever heard. then nine inch nails. what can i say about trent, he's amazing, and every album has been just perfect in my eyes. i also enjoy cradle of filth. one of the best metal bands around. so original, and changing it up, keeping things interesting. i also enjoy kasabian, ok, go, garbage, journey, metallica, def leppard, motley crue, the cult, the southern death cult, bush, rammstein, l.a. guns, danzig, the misfits, alice in chains and jerry cantrell. those are just a handful of artist that i respect and enjoy. but how can i leave out van halen, mana, and oasis? well let me know your thoughts about what your into.

I'm all about music by dead people. Led Zeppelin, the Doors, AC/DC, Def Leppard, Jimi Hendrix, the Who, the Beatles. Any band where at least one member died, I'm all over it.

lol. that's funny. so i guess nirvana, drowing pool, alice in chains, john denver, elvis, and hole should be added to your list too.

ddain, So you get it when we went to see Lynyrd Skynrd. [spell check doesn't help.] You should see what names like that do to an iPod.
Anyway your words came out of my hubby's mouth. Then Then Alice Cooper happened to walk on stage. The music was great. Plus my grumpy husband knew all the words. I love this stuff samo. I did send your blog like I said may not hear until next week.

hey bro,,,thanks for sharing your concert details with me on the friday blog,,,i'm glad you enjoy the older classic stuff,,i like all forms,,,i grew up in hip-hop and old school growing up in a neighborhood where everyone bumped the latest hip-hop. i love rage against the machine and house of pain and cypress hill style of rock,,,hey brother rock on my friend,,,have a great week!!!!!

yeah, well i'm into those group/bands too. i also enjoy some hip hop. but i'm just a major metal head.

no thanks brother,,,i know enough sweeties to hook it up with,,,i just have to figure out who to concentrate on,,,i don't want to get tangled up on any international deals that might be viewed the wrong way,,,y'know??,,,but thanks anyways brother,,,have a good one my friend.

i am known by many names. the great one, the showstopper, the whole F'N show, the innovator of violence, the worlds most dangerous man, mr. monday night, the immortal, the icon, the legend, the man of a 1,000 holds, the crippler, and the list goes on. i believe i am the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be. i'm greater the great, and quicker the quick. beat me if you can, survive if i let you. and that's the bottom line because sam said so!
