Hey vanessa... thanks! actually, I hade a great weekend. My husband was home all weekend(normally he works like 8 days a week!)and so we got to spend some quality time together. We just hung out around our place and bar-b-qued on monday.glad to hear your family spent some time together too!! whats the scoop w/ pirates? why ah-o.k.? do tell!!

too much talking and some confusion. It really doesn't make sence. you know? I know its fantasy but...at least have a good story. Not enough action, our son, 8 got restless.
Shrek we liked. very good and funny- story a little weak, but its a cartoon:-) so it was ok. I just like it when a story makes sence and comes together. Like in spiderman- those where really good. good story, lots of action. Now we want to see "a mighty heart" and "transformers" with the kids.

I get what you say about your husband having to work all the time. Mine works 12 hour shifts and signs up for o.t. This month and next however I asked him to stay home more. we miss him and I'd rather go with a little less $$$
