So now they know these punk kids were high and drunk and taunting the tiger.  It is just too bad the tiger had to die because of their stupidity.  They got what they deserved.

I saw this quote over the weekend and I thought about Ohio and how true it really is. 

I am so sick and tired of non-smokers thinking they never do anything wrong.  THIS LAW THAT WAS PASSED WAS THE WORST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED!  It was just the start!  This law wasn't about smoking or non-smoking it is about the government taking away our rights! 

THEY PASSED A LAW THAT HAD NO GUIDELINES OR RULES!  YOU ALL JUST VOTED YES FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO DO WHAT THEY PLEASE!  SORRY BUT WHAT I HAVE SEEN THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD NOT HAVE THAT POWER! 

You give them this power on this issue and what else is going to happen.  What is the government going to do next?  Well they already started with the strip clubs(I could care less about it) but that is just another law they want to pass.  There were talks about being able to spank your kids.  Talks about making laws about spaying and nuetering your animals.  LAWS, LAWS, LAWS. 

Where is the government on the real issues.  FOR GOD SAKE GAS PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS AND ALL THESE NON-SMOKERS ARE STILL B!TCH!NG ABOUT THE SMOKERS!!!!  Where is everyone when it comes to education?  Where is everyone when it comes to people losing their jobs?  Where is everyone when it comes to the war in Iraq?  Where is everyone while our ecomony is trouble?  Where is everyone when it comes to healthcare?(this smoking ban did not help healthcare at all)  NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE REAL ISSUES!

Really think about it someone says something about smoking and people are talking like crazy and arguing about it.  

Smoking is legal, people buy ciggarettes legally and pay their money for them so I see nothing wrong with it.  Drinking is legal, people buy alcohol and pay their money for that, what is the difference? 

NO ONE CAN GIVE ME AN ACCEPTABLE ANSWER FOR THIS! 

Everyone comes up with, well my drinking doesn't hurt anyone else.  Well if you drink and drive it does.  For people to say that drinking doesn't cause damage to your lungs, well it does to your liver!  Drinking and smoking are both bad.  I don't doubt that for a second but don't tell me smoking is worse because it isn't.  If fact I think drinking is worse, it shows by all the drunk driver plates I have been seeing. 

So maybe just maybe all those non-smokers need to open their minds a little and actually see what is going on here.  There will be bans against what you believe in and then you will understand, just remember when they do you gave them the green light to do it.  Next time there is an issue on the ballot without any rules or guidelines maybe you should think twice about voting yes on it. 

I am so sick of hearing about people's "good little boys" being shot.  These are criminals.   This is an open and shut case.  The idiot pulled out a gun on police officers.  He got shot oh well.  I don't feel bad for these people at all.  Less tax money going to trials and putting these people in jail.  They are worthless.   It was his "style" to carry a gun???  ARE YOU KIDDING ME!  I can't believe there are people out there like this. 

Of course they are going to try to sue because they can put a price on a person's life.  It isn't her baby now it is a paycheck.

Then there was another cop that was shot at when he was off duty.  What are those people going to do when the police stop helping them because they are afraid of being shot at all the time.  

So can anyone explain the gas price jump?  The price of oil is down.  This is the excuse they have been using for a while.  The price is currently $66.46.  They say it is down $10.00 since last year.  So WHY THE HELL ARE PRICES JUMPING 20 CENTS AN HOUR EVERY DAY!!!!!!!  They go up and down, up and down.  Then instead of continuing to go down they jump back up to $3.19 a gallon!  What are their excuses now?  Why is it that this is allowed.  It is terrible that the oil companies are able to gouge prices so much and totally take advantage of everyone.   There are no more excuses they can use and they get away with it.  This is a big problem and it needs to be stopped.  This is BS. 

Gas in 2002 was at $1.29 per gallon.  In 5 years it jumped $1.90. That is about 38 cents a year.   Now that might not seem too much but considering it was under $1.00 for years and years this is ridiculous!  Every year it would go up maybe a couple cents but not like this.  If they are going to continue to raise prices they need to build more public transportation because soon people aren't going to be able to afford gas to get to and from work.  It is tough enough right now.  I am so fed up with the oil companies and this government for not doing anything about it. 

First off I do respect police officers and usually am backing them when they do things but not this time. 

This police officer was 100% in the wrong and I can't believe Garfield Heights is not investigating this!  Would they investigate if they shot a HUMAN in the head?  Let's say that this LEASHED DOG barked and lunged at him,  (which I find hard to believe considering she was shot in the BACK of the head)  why in the head?  Officers don't shoot people in the head! 

The call didn't have anything to do with this lady and her dog and she comes out to that!  She needs to press charges BIG TIME!  I just hope this officer doesn't feel threatened by anything else who know what he will shoot off!  I am glad I don't live in a city who has so little regard for people's animal family members.  Animals have rights too, but obviously we need more. 

Animals are living things that do feel pain and love, they just walk on all fours. 

I am sickened by Garfield Heights, they need to have a little more respect for the people and ANIMALS that live in your city.  

I am so happy to see that this man was put to death.  His claims of lethal injection being torture were ridiculous.  I am sure the pain that he put his ex-wife through was a lot worse.  It is just too bad that he did get the easy way out in the end. 

I still think criminals should get eye for an eye treatment.  It is not fair that the killers get to be "put to sleep" after the terrible crimes they have commited. 

I am really starting to get upset with this country.  I thought, as I was taught all through school that the democratic government is supposed to work FOR the People.  I really thought that the government officials were supposed to listen to what the PEOPLE had to say. 

So why is George Bush not doing that.  He takes a bill from Congress and shoots it down.  Most of the American people would agree with Congress but that doesn't matter to Bush.  He wants to do things HIS way.  Not what is best for American people but what is best for HIM.  Sounds a little more like a dictatorship.  I can't wait until we get someone new in office.  This country can't take much more of this.  At least I know I can't take much more of this.  I want a President not a Dictator.

When did politicians forget what their job was?  If I have a problem I should be able to go to the government and speak my mind and be treated with respect. 

I am so tired of all these men and women trying to run for office and their only motivation is power.  Not to make this country better and keep us safe and our economy up.  As long as they get their money it doesn't matter what happens to the American people. 

I have lost faith and respect for this government. 

I cannot believe that they put these tapes on the air.  How inconsiderate can NBC be?  These families have been through hell and they have to look at this.  The media has gone overboard this time.  I really think that the media needs to realize that the  "story" they are getting is someones daughter, son, husband, wife, mother, father.  They have family who is hurting right now.  Those pictures were horrid.  Not to mention why give him so much time, show how great all those people were who died.  Don't give the crazy guy so much time.  He doesn't deserve it.  This is what he wanted.  Also showing that this guy got so much time isn't anyone worried about a copycat?  NBC needs to think before they act. 

There is such a huge double standard in this country.  When is Chris Rock going to get in trouble for the things he says about white people?  Why is it ok for black people to call eachother the "N" word but if a white person says it they are racist?  Why is it ok for rappers to use that as every other word in their so called music?  Why is it ok for business owners to put out signs they are "blacked owned"?  Why is it ok for black people to have these special groups like the NAACP or BET?  I just saw an ad for Black t.v. awards.  Why is it ok to have colleges just for black students?  Why is there a whole month dedicated to black history?  Why is it that black people have their own ebonic language?  Why is it that they have Kwanza?  If the white community would do any of these situations all hell would break loose because we are racist.  

 Why is it that black people faught to get EQUAL rights but now that they have them they don't want it?  Black people segregate themselves and hide behind "keeping their culture alive" as an excuse.  They want special rights not equal rights.  

This radio host should not have been suspended or apologized he has the right to speak and said nothing wrong. 

Now before everyone jumps down my throat I know that ALL black people are not like this. 

I feel so bad that her cancer has returned.  Political views aside it is so sad to go through breast cancer and think it is under control just to find out it is not.  Such a sad thing.  Good Luck to her and anyone else who is fighting cancer.
