The story about the man who killed the cat last night in the bar, should have been titled WIMPS ALLOW man to kill cat.:  Disgusting, weak,  humanoid like beings, that should be taken out of there shallow gene pools, stood idily by last night, as a man took a KITTEN, and strangled it.  After that, he slammed the cat onto the bar and into a door frame, before heading outside, to end the animal's suffering, with a splat, and a date with the side walk. SHAME on those who were at the bar, and watched this happen. This guy is like 5 foot ten, may 180, old, and fat. I dont know why god never allows injustices like that to happen in front of me and people that i know! Maybe its because god knows I, and ANYONE that i call friend or family, would have gone to prison for what they would have done upon seeing such a thing. Anyways, next time you see an injustice, do not stand by and watch. That cat could have been a woman getting beat by her man, and still, she probably would have gotten beat-down until the hubby fled or the police show up. I always see EYE witness reports to crimes and injustice, and i always wonder why, instead of recording the incident with their camera, why they didnt use the camera to bash  the skull of the SOB comitting the crime. In the case last night, let say the man beating the cat, was 7 foot tall, 300 lbs, of lean muscle, and a psycho attitude to boot. THERE ARE STOOLS< BOTTLES, MUGS, POOL STICKS, TABLES, MY GOD THE LIST GOES ON, that could all have saved the life of an animal AND punished a low life POS who deserves to be tortured and killed too!  SHAME ON YOU BAR GOERS FROM LAST NIGHT

O.K., so what . I for one, am tired of bikers and their constant whining about how cars are so mean to them. I do not, for one second, beleive that story about the 50 bikers surrounding a car, because if it was me, i wouldve swerved, once, at one of the bikers, and toppled their whole pack. Then, i wouldve told the cops i was nervous, and it was loud and crazy and swerved a little. Im just sayin. I have noticed a lot of bike blogs the last couple of days, which is the reason for this blog. First off, someone said "never split the pack" ... DUDE! ive got news for you. Your pack means nothing to me, and it should not. If I am using the road to travel somewhere, especially for something that is needed, as opposed to a "Pleasure trip" by a bunch of men who cant ride without ALL of their buddies, like teeanage girls going to the bathroom, I have every right to "split the pack". Especially, if they are going slow, and I legally can pass them. I do not have to go 80 mph to do this. That said, if the bikers are going 50 , and i am wanting to go the legal 60, and pass them doing that speed, but a car behind me in the fast lane is riding my rear, I have every right to get into the slow lane to let the dangerous speed demon pass. And i should not have to worry that a bunch of bikers are upset that i am blocking the view of his buddy's rear. (lol). So what if loud pipes save lives. You do not have more rights than other drivers. If i cant have a loud exhaust tip on my truck, why should you? If your means of transportation is so dangerous, that you need to break the law to stay safe, then maybe you should get off of the road. I mean really, should a sleeping baby be woken up by some obnoxious biker who wants to rev his "life savers" before riding off? Do i really have to worry about "splitting the pack" because some biker might get upset that he actually has to pay attention to his driving now? Bikers seem to think that they have some right to a stress free ride, where cars bow down to them, and give them the right of way, as if they are more important than other motorists. I for one , am sick of this! On the other hand, i have never had any trouble, and even am good friends with several Saddle Tramps ( who agree with ME btw), because i obey the law of the road, and expect bikers to do the same, without whining about it.

Just wanted to give a quick "kutos" to hardees for not wussing out and pulling their wonderful fattening foods. I wonder if individuals will be banned from making food that is ultra fattening at their own homes someday? Everything in moderation should be applied in this situation, and my fat friends who blame others for their bad eating habits, seriously, get a life. Dont blame others for YOUR mistakes....

I barely saw any local OR national coverage of our letting prisoners go free for ramadan. Wonder why that is? Is it because most media wants us to have a bad taste in our mouths when it comes to gtmo? Yeah, we are just awful to those terrorist suspects. Just more left wing bias. Fox2 didnt even put it on the front page of the blogs the first time i wrote about it. But they put a completley ignorant opinion of a person whose comments arent even enabled, on the front page this morning. And i mean ignorant like uneducated and lacking substance. Long story short, this was a stupid thing to do for our military, and shows more proof of bias, and only showing our country's negative impacts on the world.

If you have ever had a desire to own a website, chances are, you'll have to BUY a name for it, unless you want hometead.com or myspace attached to you sites name. That said, I was watching my friends son the other day. He is 3, and loves the net. Actually he thinks its funny, for some reason. Long story short, we were making up phrases to put in the address bar, we came up with movinonup.com It brought me to a website that was offering to sell it. I made up some more phrases, found the same thing. There are companies out there that create domain/buy domain names from wherever, and then, sell them to people who want to name their websites. Something like movinonup.com has to be bought. They tell you to call, long distance, their company to order the name. I actually did NOT check to see if you could email them, but given the nature of the companies customer base, i think theyd have that option. Am i wrong, or is this a little unfair. Its kind of a monopoly on web site names. These are NOT being used for a site, and the company is just nice and will sell a name they may have to you, but instead, they OWN names of FUTURE websites. That does not make sense to me. As of now, the internet has only regulations for porn.  In TV land, you can change the channel or turn your t.v. off when an advert comes on. On the net, you are bombarded with pop-ups, and adware, with no rules on them whatsoever. You can take a picture off of the blogs here, and put it on your profile on myspace, and claim that that is you. My point is, no one really "owns" the internet right now, how is it these companies can just take domain names, not use them, and then sell them? These are not ultra creative names or anything. Almost every name is taken, or you have to buy it from a company. Am i wrong here, is this actually just capitalism????

Today,  i heard on the news that the cards are raising ticket prices. WOW!!!!!!! After the season they just had, they raise prices???? That is amazing. What,  from a marketer's stand point, made the team think this was going to INCREASE attendance at games. I mean, raising prices after a world series win, or several winning seasons, although i personally dont like it,  makes sense. This however, is almost a slap in the face to cards fans, i think. What do you guys think? After all, YOULL be paying for it! I know this is sports, but more peeps read the news blogs, so i put it there.

WOW! Imagine the outcry by the NAACP, J.Jackson, Al Sharpton and the likes if someone in a pos. of power said that you should get shots before attending a mostly black people event. Well, today, i saw on the news that people are being told to get their shots before going to a nascar event, even though there are no documented outbreaks of any diseases or viruses at any nascar event, sans tetnus. (hell, i got tetnis when i was 5 years old from the steal playground at school) Where is the outcry? Where are our white people supporting groups to march and block hwys. to protest? Oh thats right, there are NONE!  Amazing isnt it??? How could I forget about the ACLU? Where are they? You can bet your bottom dollar, you could bet ALL you dollars, that they would be there to "help" if this was said about a mostly black event. Dont get me wrong, to say that this is a racially motivated idea (nascar shot idea that is) would be wrong. I am saying however, that this would never fly if white people would have said this about a minority's event.

News reports that a 7 year old boy was suspended from a Newark school, after he drew a picture of the school on fire, and a man with a gun was shooting the place up. At first i thought, what a crazy little child, good thing they suspended him. Then, it dawned on me. The news said he was in an altercation with another student a day before ( i think they said day before, it was sometime recent), and that the 7 year old said he drew the pic because that is how he was feeling at the time. That said, what a twisted world we live in. I dont think the kid meant any harm, or was planning to hurt anyone, the guy with the gun in the pic was clearly a man, and not a self portrait, the kid was black, and the man in the drawing was white for that matter, and outlined in bright red, not black or brown. Anyways, if it wasnt for the stories im sure the child hears about all the school shootings, his thought was how he hated the school and wanted violence to happen to it. When my gen was kids, lots and lots of pics of the school burning down were drawn. First off it was comical, and not hatred, second, our only thought was "if the school burns down, well get time off" lol. Kids are so dumb. But we never drew men with guns attacking the school, unless a police or military force was there to take the baddie out too. This kids mind has been tainted by the excessive coverage of school shootings. OH! how could i forget Vtech shootings!!!! And that is pretty close to Newark, at least compared to some of the school shootings. If i may quote a famous witch "what a world, what a world!!!!"

First off, CHANGE YOUR SETTINGS TO ENABLE COMMENTS! unless you are a coward.

Second: Did it ever dawn on you, Ms. flea, that the LOCAL news should cover LOCAL stories as its priorities? If you want world news, turn it to one of 7 network news channels like fox or msnbc, cnn, etc.  And i know that you would love to see every carbombing and death in the war, for whatever sick reasons you have, but that is just not feasible. And besides, if they did that, the left wing biased newss would have to show all of the horrible things the terrorists do, and that wont fly with the liberals. You seem to be one of those people who thought the world was peaceful before that evil W and his war.

ok. well rach0178, i dont beleive a word of anything you said. You are one of those people who come on here to stir up trouble. But next time, come up with some less mundane and predictable examples of the racism you have encountered, you poor thing. LOL . I am so sick and tired of people like you, some bleeding heart for no good reason whatsoever, just so you can call people racist. Every group has been subject to racism in this town, and everywhere in between. Your goal is to further divide, under the guise of uniting.

I have a big problem with all of this coverage on shawn hornbeck. I mean , really, for almost 20 minutes they discussed it on fox2 news. It is crazy. I know one of the fox2 newscasters wrote that thing about how this all means something to us for whatever reason(S), but I think some of the opinions on here, pertaining to what is going to happen to the kids next, what happened to the kids, physically AND psychologically, ( unless you have a degree in psych.) , how the parents have been acting, etc. are kinda wrong. NOBODY here , as far as i can tell, know what this is like for any of the people who were ACTUALLY involved. I think passing judgement on Devlin is completely just, but I have seen some pretty profound things written about the parents and the kids.  I am sorry, but i just dont think it is right.

That is the name of an old-school eductational computer game from Apple and the MECC computer game makers. It was about a runaway slave that goes on a journey. At first you are illiterate, and cant read the signs and things along the way, but as you progress youll read a little better, and a little better. You use peppers to deter dogs, sleep in hiding during the day, and use moss and the north star for obvious reasons. You can stop at houses and other homestead types and the folks there will either yell at you to leave, or give you food and/or shelter. If memory serves, you can steal food as well. The "authorities" that are hunting you down threaten you with a whippin' upon your return as a slave, and people call you "boy" and insult you with out ever even hinting at the N word. That said, it was pulled from the shelves in 98 after lawsuits from WHITE people, who were offended at the idea of being a slave and the derogatory nature of the game. We have certainly gotten out of hand these days havent we?  They didnt complain that the game didnt offer educational value, and it really didnt. The oregon trail. Remember that awesome game? It was " educational" too. But , it wasnt. We kids played that, and FREEDOM!, and Odell Lake, Sim city , etc, because they werent really educational , but instead were actually video games for rec. I mean really, where are people's priorities these days. We dont care that our kids arent being educated by their activites at school, we just care that they never see anything controversial. Yeah, thats like the real world right? What do you guys think?

I try to upload it, but the little window that opens and has the little rotating balls on it went for almost 30 minutes today, before i finally xd out of it. Any suggestions...? I didnt know what category to put this in, but i figured most people read the news stuff :)
