My friend From work ...  His Step son and his friends made this video ..  God i wish i was in shape to do some of the things these boys can do ... Its Wild check it Out  ..

Oh to be young enough to move like that again..... When I was 10 I could jump off of roofs..... I would probably be dead if I tried it now......

its pretty amazing some of the stuff they can do .. im lucky i can walk a flight of stairs as clumsy as i am lol

When I was skinnyer I copuld run up about 5 feet of wall and jump and land on my feet..

I also was good at climbing trees and jumping from branch to branch...

My favorite this I did was walk the walls in the house all way up the stairs but no steps..

i always tried to keep my feet planted Firmly on the ground ...The most i did was climb a tree now an then when i was younger ...

What these kids are doing is called Parkour or free running. Its neat!
