101.1 is playing Christmas music!! It is apparent that some folks are not OK with this and think it's to early! Do you?
I don't! I absolutely LOVE it! There is nothing like being in the Christmas spirit 71 days before the big day!
It has been a tradition for my Mom and I to see who hears the first Christmas song play on the radio. Needless to say, she beat me this year! The little things like this are what make amazing memories!!

So...I haven't blogged in quite sometime but this makes me so mad that I can't let it go!
St. Charles would not pass the bill for Sarah the Pig to be in her home! They say no swine in a home! This is BS! The home owners pay for their house. The home owner pays for their taxes, etc. However, this is NOT the first case of this with pot belly pigs nor will it be the last!
I don't know the complete store nor do I care to but I have rescued pot belly pigs for many years now and I am, still to this day, sickened by the ignorant people who think pigs are dirty, pigs are nasty, pigs are this or that and it's all negative! Pigs are cleaner than most dogs and cats!
I have/had pigs who have been abused, beaten, starved, kicked, punched, injected w/ street drugs, and tortured. It is a damn shame that Sarah is not allowed to stay in her home. She looks to be healthy and happy!
If I had to guess, the owners did NOT do their homework before acquiring Sarah or before moving to this place with Sarah. Thats sad.
Anyway, I just wanted to voice my 2 cents worth when in fact I'd only get a penny for my thoughts so...
I sure hope Sarah doesnt get sent to a Humane Society because they sure dont know how to treat pigs! I can only hope that Sarah's mom and dad really research who will become her new home!
I feel so sorry for that cute little girl! I'm sure I'll be asked if I'd take her but I'm sure her mom and dad will never hear of me but if I were asked... I would never let a pig go hungry or be without a warm bed to sleep in at night!

Well, tomorrow is the big day for us! Baby Kyle will make his debut.
I promised I would tell you when I wasn't going to be on the computer so..I wont be on the computer for a while!
Mike will post stats when he is able to so look for them under his name of "chemistdaddy". I will also get pictures up of the baby as soon as I get back on here.

It seems to amaze me the difference between a man and a woman when it comes to the bathroom.
Why is it that a woman can go in and get the job done, come back out and resume whatever she was doing within a matter of a few minutes?
Whereas a man will go in and spend 20 or more minutes doing the same thing? Plus the prep time it takes BEFORE he goes in.. finding the right book to read, finding everyone to announce that he'll be back later, etc. Its like a durn vacation to them!
There is also a thing called bathroom etiquette. I have taught ALL the boys in our household to put the seat down BUT..are there other things that bother you about the male species and the bathroom??
