but that's just it..she don't do drugs and she sure isn't an alcoholic just a bum..she is suppose to be under 24 hr supervision around her kids because she is so called suicidal but she isn't and never is supervised.she's just a bad mom. In the stipulations from disbility she is suppose to see a shrink once a week...she has seen a shrink in over 4 1/2 yrs. so who is handling her case and letting it slide. I have left messages with disability but nothing ever happens, she gets no phone calls or letters..nothing.It's like her caseworker just doesn't care.

and on the payments..we have all of them and we have a contract..just ridiculous it's costing all this money in attorney fees.

I have found thru out the years that generally a contract is worthless. It's only good until you need it to stand up in court. The judge has no problems changing the rules as he goes. It plumps up the bank accounts. I think if they would change the law to hold the loosing side accoutable for all fees including attorneys it would curb that problem to.

Did you at any time not make a peyment or be late? If not, then don't worry. Have you put in a counter claim for attorney fees?

The attorney said neither side can sue for attorney fees. But we can sue her for everything we have put in here for the last 4 yrs. and the contract does make a big difference cause she even went as far as saying we were only renters and if it weren't for the contract we would have been screwed in August when she duck taped an eviction to our door that she typed herself..she couldn't even spell. The only payment she can say anything about was when we were doing even up for me to babysit her kids but I have proof of that to in the receipt for the month before that and on every receipt she wrote "house payment" not rent and I have numerous witnesses that will testify that I always had the girls and the bus even dropped the 7 yr old off at my house on the days she worked and on the days noone was home at her house..which she was she would just be sleeping. All the kids on the bus make fun of her daughter because she smells all the time. Me and another neighbor tried to tell her but she is just too lazy to give her kids a bath and her grandma used to do that but she passed away almost a year ago.She's just a loser who has had everything handed to her.Her grandmother bought this place 14 yrs ago for her so she'd only be a mile away. Sadly I used to think of her as my sister. Her kids are my god daughters but she has stripped them away too. Her ex boyfriend brought them to see us and she told him if he did again he wouldn't see his kids again so I haven't seen them in 8 months. I don't understand at all how she still has these kids. We can hear them crying from our house...unfort

I really don't know what to say. Except try to get childrens sevices involved if you feel they're needed. Be careful concerning your contracts. Like I said the judge will do with it as he pleases regardless of what it says. We had a court case too. When it was over we had to pay for all types of things that we should not have according to our contract. But because we were more able to pay they stuck it to us. Don't bother reporting her to the school. Schools do not want to get involved. Good luck.
