Is it me or will taking away shoulders to add more lanes on our other highways not sounding like a good idea. What if a family with children get a flat or there is an accident. How are people supposed to deal with problems like this? The first big accident or for that matter any little incident will cause major back ups. I would personally prefer to sit in traffic a little longer to insure my safety. Shoulders were put in place for a reason....
