Depression

I really need help dealing with my depression. I am in treatment and seeing a doctor for the matter but as time go by I go into deeper depression. Does anyone have some good advise for me?

Hi I am a 42 year old lady with 2 teenage adults and going threw a depress due a 14 years career help young teenager to attend college and now after my 23 years of experence in Financial aid, I am trying to get myself together and need some help. Julian, do you have any advise? I have watch your new cast for a very long time and I see all the help and advise you give other people and I would like to know how you cope with it.
