For of sugar and ice, I am made

Been out in Boston on vacay for a week now, and discovered something interesting. During rush hour, on certain parts of the interstate, cars are allowed to drive on the shoulder. Wow. St.Louis would never survive that. I've found that Mass. drivers are aggressive but courteous (for the most part). I've never seen that back home.

And they make 2 lane same way roads out of unmarked roads.

And this is why I don't drive out here. My passenger seat "braking foot" hurts!!!!!! :P

Just some observation from the East Coast. Have a good one!

i have sad news to report. after a short hard battle with anaplastic thyroid cancer, my dad contracted pneumonia and passed away peacefully today. he was 56. i thank all of you who have followed my blog for your thoughts and prayers. my family and i are thankful he is not in any more pain.

one word of advice to one and all, tell the people around you that you love them. you will never know when it might be too late. god bless all of you. take care. it'll be a bit before i get back on to post.
