Ok....this scares me, b/c she is very influential. I am sure I will get quite a mixed response from those who agree with me to those who wonder why it scares me.
B/C of my strong belief in Jesus...who he is and that He is the way To Heaven, eternal heaven...and she denies him and is convincing others to deny him as well.
Christians need to see this video and be aware and be in prayer. Thanks all....
Then Call on Me.....from Psalms

I have been reading and seeing disturbing things in the blogs, things that left my heart in unrest.....
When I do I go to my bible and read....and I pray. I pray for God to show me....and this is what He showed me, and I felt the need to post. I pray blessings on all of you today!
From Psalm 50:15-23
"Then call on me when you are in trouble, and I will receive you, and you will give me glory."
But God says to the wicked: "Why bother reciting my decrees and pretending to obey my covenant? For you refuse my discipline and treat my words like trash. When you see thieves, you approve of them, and you spend your time with adulterers.
Your mouth is filled with wickedness, and your tongue is full of lies. You sit around and slander your brother- your own mother's son.
While you did all this, I remained silent, and you thought I didnt care. But now I will rebuke you, listing all my charges against you.
Repent, all of you who forget me, or I will tear you apart, and no one will help you.
But giving thanks is a sacrifice that truly honors me. If you keep to my path, I wil reveal to you the salvation of God."

When there seems to be no way....
A great song and one I believe to be so true.....
Has God ever made a way for you when there seemed to be no way? How about sharing?
I was at church yesterday when we had 2 adult baptisms....and the testimonies where awesome. I am reading this book ....90 Minutes in Heaven ...about Don Piper who was dead for 90 minutes and a Pastor felt compelled/called by God to pray over this man and he came back to life....
I can give LOTS of testimonies of How God has provided in Amazing ways in my life....
So lets get started and SHARE! God bless......
THE PRICE OF A MIRACLE
Tess was a precocious eight years old when she heard
her Mom and Dad talking about her little brother,
Andrew. All she knew was that he was very sick and
they were completely out of money. They were moving to
an apartment complex next month because Daddy didn't
have the money for
the doctor bills and our house. Only a very costly
surgery could save Andrew now and it was looking like
there was no-one to loan them the money. She heard
Daddy say to her tearful Mother, with whispered
desperation, "Only a miracle can save him now."
Tess went to her bedroom and pulled a glass jelly jar
from its hiding place in the closet. She poured all
the change out on the floor and counted it carefully.
Three times, even. The total had to be exactly
perfect. No chance here for mistakes. Carefully
placing the coins back in the jar and twisting on the
cap, she slipped out the back door and made her way 6
blocks to Rexall's Drug Store with the big red Indian
Chief sign above the door. She waited patiently for
the pharmacist to give her some attention but he was
too intently talking to another man to be bothered by
an eight year old at this moment. Tess twisted her
feet to make a scuffing noise. Nothing. She cleared
her throat with the most disgusting sound she could
muster. No good. Finally she took a quarter from her
jar and banged it on the
glass counter.
That did it!
"And what do you want?" the pharmacist asked in an
annoyed tone of voice. "I'm talking to my brother
from Chicago whom I haven't seen in ages," he said
without waiting for a reply to his question.
"Well, I want to talk to you about MY brother," Tess
answered back in the same annoyed tone. "He's really,
really sick ...and I want to buy a miracle."
"I beg your pardon?" said the pharmacist. "His name is
Andrew and he has something bad growing inside his
head and my Daddy says only a miracle can save him
now. So how much does a miracle cost?"
"We don't sell miracles here, little girl. I'm sorry
but I can't help you." the pharmacist said, softening
a little.
"Listen, I have the money to pay for it. If it isn't
enough, I will get the rest. Just tell me how much it
costs."
The pharmacist's brother was a well dressed man. He
stooped down and asked the little girl, "What kind of
a miracle does you brother need?"
"I don't know," Tess replied with her eyes welling up.
"I just know he's really sick and Mommy says he needs
an operation. But my Daddy can't pay for it, so I want
to use my money.
"How much do you have?" asked the man from Chicago.
"One dollar and eleven cents," Tess answered barely
audibly. "And it's all the money I have, but I can get
some more if I need to."
"Well, what a coincidence," smiled the man. "A dollar
and eleven cents-the exact price of a miracle for
little brothers."
He took her money in one hand and with the other hand
he grasped her mitten and said "Take
me to where you live. I want to see your brother and
meet your parents. Let's see if I have the kind of
miracle you need."
That well dressed man was Dr. Carlton Armstrong,
surgeon, specializing in neuro-surgery. The operation
was completed without charge and it wasn't long until
Andrew was home
again and doing well.
Mom and Dad were happily talking about the chain of
events that had led them to this place. "That
surgery," her Mom whispered. "was a real miracle. I
wonder how much it would have cost?
Tess smiled. She knew exactly how much a miracle
cost...one dollar and eleven cents...plus the faith of
a little child.
If we have faith, even as small as the mustard seed....we could move mountains. How is your faith today?
I was convicted in church today ....or at least reminded that what I say, how I say it.... what I do ....how I do it.....How I act in my day to day stuff can either push people towards or away from God....
I am a Christian and people I work with, my neighbors, my friends and aquaintances know that I am. Even many online ....know I am a Christian. SOOOOO.....what I say and what I do...and how I say or do them can affect what they think about Christianity and about God.
I have heard plenty of people say....and they call themselves a Christian.... Well I want to be someone who draws people to Christ....to God....not push them away.
What do you think? Do you think what someone does or says affects people for Christ , for God and why?
The New Pledge of Allegiance

Ø Subject: New Pledge of Allegiance
Since the Pledge of Allegiance and The Lord's Prayer
are not allowed in most public schools anymore and
because the word "God" is mentioned,
a kid in Arizona wrote the following.
NEW School prayer:
Now I sit me down in school
Where praying is against the rule
For this great nation under God
Finds mention of Him very odd.
If Scripture now the class recites,
it violates the Bill of Rights.
And anytime my head I bow
becomes a Federal matter now.
Our hair can be purple, orange or green,
That's no offense; it's a freedom scene.
The law is specific, the law is precise.
Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice.
For praying in a public hall
might offend someone with no faith at all.
In silence alone we must meditate,
God's name is prohibited by the state.
We're allowed to cuss and dress like freaks,
And pierce our noses, tongues and cheeks.
They've outlawed guns, but FIRST the Bible.
To quote the Good Book makes me liable.
We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen,
the 'unwed daddy,' our Senior King.
It's "inappropriate" to teach right from wrong,
We're taught that such "judgments" do not belong.
We can get our condoms and birth control,
study witchcraft, vampires and totem poles.
But the Ten Commandments are not allowed,
No word of God must reach this crowd.
It's scary here I must confess,
When chaos reigns the school's a mess.
So, Lord, this silent plea I make:
Should I be shot; my soul please take!
Amen
I thought this was interesting....thoughts comments? I am sure there are plenty out there!.......
This is a funny clip (see link below) about the "Holiday Season" no longer being the Christmas season. Have we taken the Christ out of Christmas?
I just directed a drama at our church about that very thing. We need to keep the Christ Child in our own hearts....and the Christ will not be removed from Christmas. I loved the point of the Drama....and it was very funny....so everyone loved it! Adults and kids alike!
Anyway all....lets Each Keep the Christ in our own hearts....and show Christ like love to all around us....then noone can take the Christ out of Christmas!
Merry CHRISTmas all.....

Hey all....have any of you heard of this one and what do you think about it? Based on what I have read I am not planning on seeing it....and for sure my kids wont be seeing it. But thought it was interesting what it said in this article ....that both Christians and atheists alike are offended.....
Let me know your opinion....basically what I have been told or have read is that it is based on a fictional series written by an atheist This is an excerpt from the article....
"In the publisher's interview with Pullman, he says his books depict "the Temptation and Fall not as the source of all woe and misery, as in traditional Christian teaching, but as the beginning of true human freedom, something to be celebrated, not lamented." "
.... Now also what I am told is that the movie was really watered down to make it kid friendly so the kids would like it and want to read the series which is a whole lot worse and stronger.
