Last night I watched the All Star race for Nascar. My favorite driver has been in a slump for almost two years! Kasey Kahne has not won a race since 2006. Last night he finally won. Even though this was not a points race he did manage to bring home the million dollar prize! Not only that, he beat the odds from the get go. He wasn't eligable to be in the race, he didn't race his way in with the shoot out. But was voted in the All stars by his loyal fans! He didn't let them down.......... I for one am very happy for Kasey! Go #9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's another race day for us fans. Gordon and Kahne up front. This should be great. And what's this, a long lost racer #55 has finally achieved permission to race. Poor Michael. He's still in the negative for points. Well I'm looking forward to this race. Hope Kahne doesn't get lost this week. As usual good luck to all. GOOOOOOOOOOO #9.

Well It's race day again fans. Lowe's Motor Speedway is one of my favorite tracks. Well finally Gordon is starting in the back of the pack. As a matter of fact all my husband's and my favorite drivers are starting in the back. But with Kasey Kahne coming up from the back last night to win the Busch race. I have HOPE!!!! Can he do it again? We shall see. As usual good luck to all. Go #9.

Another night race. Finally Jeff Gordon isn't on the pole. Or for that matter not even close. I'm happy to say that both my favorite drivers are up front. Carl Edwards is 4th and Kasey Kahne is 5th. Hopefully they'll give me a good show to watch. I hope everyone enjoys the race. As usual good luck to all. Go # 9!

Richmond International Raceway. A short track. Not one of my personal favorites. But another night race makes it easier to get things done before the race. Jeff Gordon is on the pole AGAIN:( I can't believe it. But my #9 is in 5th spot. Good luck to Kasey. He sure needs some. Hope everyone that likes Nascar enjoys the race. As usual good luck to all. Talladega. One of the most loved tracks by fans. Big, and fast. Gee, as usual Gordon is on the pole. Can't take that from him. (Wonder why he does so well after his divorce?) But again my beloved #9 is lost in the back. I'll still root for him though. Miracles have been known to happen. As usual good luck to all.

Another great race weekend. It's a night race too. So we can get our yard work done, and still see the race. Can't get much better than that! Gordon's on the pole again. This guy sure has some luck! :( But my race day should be more enjoyable this time. Krash Kahne is in the 10th spot. GOOOOOOOOOO Kasey Kahne. Give me something to watch!!!!!!!!!! Well here we go again. After a week off we race fans should be in for a treat. With the tornados going on all around the track qualifying was cancelled. Yeah. Now Gordon is on the pole. Yuk! Hopefully this will be a good race for my boy Krash Kahne. He certainly could use a break (no pun intended) He's had enough of those kind of breaks. But as usual good luck to all. GOOOOOOOOO #9

It's Atlanta baby!!!! Being one of the fastest tracks in the Nascar circuit this weeks race is sure to be a great expedition of Nascar at it's finest. With Krash Kahne being in the 11th spot. He should have room to move up. Provided he doesn't give his car a face lift this week too. Ok yes Gordon is in 5th spot. I have to give him that. I'll be nice about it. But only because I have to! Yesterday during the Daytona 500 I saw the first Young Gun commercial of the year. Unfortunately so did my husband. You see, my husband is a huge Jeff Gordon fan. I'm a Kasey Kahne fan. Well over the years we always make fun of each others drivers. With him being a Gordon fan it made it easy for me to make fun. Making fun of Gordon is a given. Ha Ha. Until yesterday when my beloved driver appeared on this commercial looking like Bozo the clown!!!!! Ugh. My reign of the ultimate jokes about Gordon is over! My husband has called me twice already this morning with jokes that I can't possibly reply to. The second time he called to tell me that Kahne was appealing NASCARS decision. I of course thought he was talking about the punishments they handed down last week. But NOOOOO. He went on to tell me that he was appealing because he thought he could have driven faster this weekend if NASCAR would have made provisions for his clown shoes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh. NASCAR will never be the same!
