Who believes in UFO'S? Well I can say that I thought I saw one but if it was an actual alien craft, Who knows. I was less than 10 but I don't remember my actual age. I remember waking in the middle of the night. I looked out my window. Behind my house was a field with a very large tree in the middle. I saw something that I have always thought was a UFO. It was shaped as a saucer. It had a small red light on the top, a row of small lights around the center, and a small red light on the bottom. It was circling this tree. It must have been small enough that it would disapear behind the leaves of the tree. It went around several times. I remember being so scared I was affraid to stop looking or getting my parents. It seemed to be there for a long time, and then all of a sudden it just took off. I really actually knew if I actually saw this or it was just a dream. I do know that I never forgot what it looked like.  So I was just wondering if anyone else has thought they saw something like this too. Of course I am also prepared for the jokes LOL. But seriously............

I am not getting any e-mails notifying me of added comments. As a matter of fact I haven't for days. Is anyone else having this problem?

My husband and i went to the Skynyrd concert last night. I must say that it was pretty good for a band that's been around for 30 years! The one thing I was a little surprised about was the amount of young children there. Under 10. I really do not feel that it was a good idea to bring children to that type of concert. There was a lot of drinking and pot smoking going on. Not the type of environment that I would take my children to. But I guess that is just me.

I had such an awsome time last night at the Def Leppard concert. I must say people haven't changed much though. You still had the staff hauling out the drunken fans on stretchers!!!! Actually it was quite fun to watch! What a concert! Styx wasn't too bad either.  Well hope all are having a great day.

After reading blogs for days concerning the lyrics in todays music. I started thinking about what small but powerful truths can be found. Oddly enough while pondering this notion one of my all time favorite songs came on the radio.  ALL READY GONE by the Eagles. Everytime I hear this song I just want to crank it up! I know this song word for word. Everytime I hear this song it raises my strength level as a person. The most powerful statement this song has is as follows " Well I know it wasn't you who held me down. Heaven knows it wasn't you who set me free. So oftentimes it happens that we live our lives in chains that we never even know we have the key." Then it hits me each and every time. We, speaking of ourselves are the only ones who can set us free.  We can't blame each other for the wrongs in our lives. Only we can control our destiny in how we feel, love, act, and live. When we as a human race realize this, only then will we be free to be the people we were truly created to be.

After working many years I decided last year in June to stay home and take care of my grandson. ( a huge blow out with my ex boss had a little to do with it!) But regardless, I've been watching him for almost a year now. Needless to say I started to go a little stir crazy. It was like new mom sydrome all over again. My husband was nice enough to buy me a lap top. To help pass the time. Not much you can do when you basically have to stay in one place! A friend of mine was constantly bugging me about day trading for months. Finally I gave in and decided to give it a whirl (again) So I've had my little account set up for about two months or so. Now I have entered into a new kind of maddness! Every morning I get up, get my house work done. Set up my streaming quotes, and wait patiently for 8 AM. It's like a rush when the bell goes off. All the greens, reds, and yellows! Greens and Yellows are my favorites of course, It seems strange the things that can grab your attention and keep you there. I guess it would be compaired to an addiction. But addictions enterfere with regular life. That hasn't happened so I'm not sure what you'de call my new found time consumer.  But anyway it's fun while it lasts.

Is the hot tub! For years my husband and I have always wanted one.  Well after ten years of a pool for the children (which I was in maybe five times) we decided to bite the bullet and get one. Well I have to say it was well worth it!  Tonight is the first time in two months that we've been able to use it because of the weather. It was great. I love being in it. We always go in at night. Looking up at the stars. Beautiful, and so relaxing! It's far more user friendly than a pool. You can use it about ten months out of the year compaired to three or four with the pool. Well all I can say is if anyone was considering one of these, by all means get one!

Is anyone else being attacked by these dumb pop up ads? Every time I move my curser I'm being attacked by them.  They follow you and grow so big that you can't read any of the blogs. I know we HAVE to have ads for everything. But come on. Those things are ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!

I just love Sponge Bob cartoons. He depicts in my opinion, morality, and caring. His cartoons always has a moral ending, and he always tries to do the right thing. I have loads of Sponge Bob tapes, and this is the only cartoon I put on for my grandson. Anyone else a Sponge Bob fan?

I'm sure just about everyone has heard this term. I was thinking. What exactly is this supposed to mean? It appears to me it's a statement that reflects a dissatisfied thought of someone elses life. Are we all supposed to have the same kind? Do the same things? Have the same thoughts? Does it mean someone has to much time on their hands? If so, isn't that still considered a life? What exactly is this statement supposed to mean? Just a thought.

Starting this year we had to change health ins. companies. So with doing that we also had to change our Dr. Which that didn't bother me because we've had these Dr's before. Before we signed up for the new Dr's I called to make sure they were excepting new patients. Yes they said. Well this morning I tried to get an appt. because with the new Dr's I have to be checked out and have certain meds. renewed for my asthma. I was told I could get an appt. on March 2!!!!! What? I was so mad! What do you mean March 2? I could be dead by then! why do these offices except new patients when they have no where to put them in their schedule? Of course I already know the answer to that. $$$$$$. Is there really that short of amounts of Dr's that it's neccesary to make a patient wait six weeks for an appt.? Isn't this for some putting their patients at risk? How about they tell you that if it gets too bad you can go to the emergency room! Again I say what? You mean wait until I'm so bad I have to go to the emergency room instead of being able to come to you in a decent amount of time? I did realize with the other office, if I called at exactly 8:00AM they keep emergency appt's available. But you better call exactly on time. So tomorrow I'll try it their. Wish me luck!

I am married to a wonderful man for 10 years. Between the two of us we have five children. Ages 18 thru 26. I enjoy gardening, yard work and taking care of my grandson. My most favorite activity when I have time is to sit by our little pond with my coffee watching our fish.
