Thank you 2007.......

THANK YOU

This year started out the worst year of my life..... In January I lost my best friend in my entire world....My "Mom"......My heart shattered into a million pieces!

I spent the months that followed trying to gather as many of those pieces that I could, and try to fill my heart with some sort of "hope" for a happier tomorrow......My life has been a roller coaster ride at times, but I have to say there have been so many blessing in disguise!

As the months passed I made some amazing friendships that I knew in my heart would last forever!  These friends you see, are now family to me! 

As December ends & we say goodbye to 2007, I know that my Mom is with Jesus in Heaven!  So what started out to be the worst year ever, has turned into a year filled with many blessings!  New friends, A New beginning, &     A New Year!

I want to say Thank you to everyone that has touched my life this past year!  You all mean the world to me!  Here is a thought........Life is short.....Live each day to its fullest......If you have something to say...."Say it"...don't wait for tomorrow may be to late.  If you love someone...Tell them!

Okay, now that made me about cry Jana! It would be hard to name one best moment in 2007...we have had so many great memories already. I am sooooo glad that I took a dare from someone and decided to blog that first time. That decision has literally changed my life and who I am today. By the way, I love you girl....yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.....right on, right on, right on!

Early 2007 - Although it has nothing to do with me personally I celebrated with all when Ben and Shawn were found.

Spring - I enjoyed another golf trip in the south with 7 of my friends at the Robert Trint Jones Golf Trail.

Summer - We took a nice family vacation to Destin. My wife and daughters went on a mission trip with World Changers near Alanta.

Fall - School started and my wife took the position of head high school volleyball coach.
Their bus wrecked on the way to a game and all 32 on board were injured. Fox2 covered the crash and team celebration later.

Winter - I met some new friends called Fox2 Bloggers. My business year will end up as a good year winning a trip to Cancun this time next month. 2007 has been a good year for me.

2007 brought me from homelessness to having a place to live! I also found new friends on the blogs and the blog parties as well as a "little buddy" in the form of my cat, Max!

Figman sounds like you have had a wonderful year! I hope that we have the opportunity to get together more often!! I got my eyes on you Mr! LOL
Mrmgrady what a wonderful story, I would love to hear more about it someday. You should join us for coffee night sometime! Take a picture of Max and show us! I love cats!

NEW YEAR to come new friends to get to know. Life gives you only what you can handle and it's not always a bowl of cherries most times it's the pits. Love the ones you hold dear and make new friends. You don't know how long anyone will be around. Always say I Love You to your family even if you are really,really mad at them for you don't know if you will see them tomorrow. We all need to think like the children do. They see no wrong in anyone and love those around them. They give hugs and kisses and don't understand when you are mad at someone. They ask if you are ok and want to love you. People have forgot the "golden rule" we were all taught when we were growing up. DO UNTO OTHERS THAT YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO TO YOU.

My name is Jana, and I start my day with Fox 2 every morning! I have a wonderful husband who has been my best friend since I was 13years old, and I have three awesome children! My family and friends are what my life is all about! I love to take the family to Camp Ondessonk, located in Shawnee National Forest in Southern Illinois~HEEPWAH! We have a old school bus that my husband recently converted into a RV, and we camp and take it out as often as possible. We named it "The Peace Train"......Have bus will travel!
