Birthday boy decided he wanted a bottle of Grand Marnier  and a beer for his birthday. So, he broke into a bar to get the booze , then,  broke into someones house to relax and drink it. The funny stuff happened in between.....

"FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. - A Fort Myers Beach restaurant is still finding it hard to believe a burglar could be so..."stupid".

Surveillance video from the Junkanoo Restaurant catches the suspect breaking in and rummaging through the bar area.

You can't hear it on the video, but restaurant employees tell WINK News the alarms were blaring.

It didn't seem to bother the burglar and neither did a phone call from the alarm company.

Manager, George Tomasi still can't believe the suspect's next move, "He picked it up and the security company asked him who this was, and he gave him his name!"

That's right, according to the alarm company ADT, the suspect identified himself as Christopher Kron, which deputies say was his real name.

He couldn't give the pass code though, so the Sheriff's Office was called.

He left the restaurant with what appeared to be a bottle of alcohol before deputies arrived.

The story didn't end there, turns out the surveillance video would not be the last time employees would see Kron's face.

"He came back the next morning and they caught him walking down stairs and they got him," said Tomasi, "Just not a very intelligent person."

Apparently a Junkanoo employee immediately recognized Kron as the burglar from the surveillance video.

Tomasi says Kron only left with a bottle of Grand Marnier and a beer and a story the beach restaurant won't forget"

What ever happened to that 'dumb criminals' show?

Thats right, the best web-browser in the world (in my opinion) is about to go to version 3 shortly.

What browser is that? Mozilla's firefox browser. Firefox 3 is currently in the final  beta (or testing)  stage in it's development process, what Mozilla like to call the final release  candidate. The actual final version should be available for public download shortly.

While Firefox is known to be much faster , and, more secure than Internet explorer, It's going to be even faster and more secure with version 3.

Can you imagine, having someone living in you closet (possibly for months) without you knowing about it?

TOKYO (Reuters) - A Japanese man who was mystified when food kept disappearing from his kitchen, set up a hidden camera and found an unknown woman living secretly in his closet, Japanese media said Friday.

The 57-year-old unemployed man of Fukuoka in southern Japan called police Wednesday when the camera sent pictures to his mobile phone of an intruder in his home while he was out on Wednesday, the Asahi newspaper said on its Website.

 

Officers rushed to the house and found a 58-year-old unemployed woman hiding in an unused closet, where she had secreted a mattress and plastic drink bottles, the Asahi said. Police suspect she may have been there for several months, the paper said.

 

"I didn't have anywhere to live," the Nikkan Sports tabloid quoted the woman as telling police.

 

Local police confirmed that they had arrested a woman for trespassing, but would not comment further on the case.

Obviously, qusetions abound with this one.

Maybe Japan's secret service (or what ever it's called) should hire this woman? She is certainly no dummy if she can pull this off!

FORT WORTH -- An aspiring record label owner is singing the blues after he was arrested last week for allegedly trying to pass a $360 billion check at a Fort Worth bank.

Employees at the Chase Bank at 8601 S. Hulen St. grew suspicious after seeing all those zeroes (10 to be exact) and called the check's owner. The woman said the suspect, Charles Ray Fuller, 21, of Crowley, is her daughter’s boyfriend and that he did not have permission to take the check or cash it.

Fuller was arrested on suspicion of fraud, along with unlawfully carrying a weapon and possession of marijuana after officers found less than 2 ounces of the drug and a .25-caliber handgun and magazine in his pockets.

While inside a patrol car, police say Fuller blurted out that he is starting his own record label and had been given the money by his girlfriend’s mother to help him start it.

Apparently breaking into the music business does not come cheap........apparently not...to some!

Luckily for him, bail was a lot less expensive. Fuller was released from Mansfield Jail on Thursday after posting $3,750 bail

I wonder if the bank had that much cash on hand?

I wonder who posted his bail?

I wonder if his girlfreind is now single?

I guess that stoned and dumb are not a good combination.
