Think so?

Barack Obama is different from the politicians we have have suffered from for years?

He doesn't take money from lobbyist, from the evil oil companies and other big business?

He is totally against totally against the Iraq war?

He is our knight in shinning armor?

Now, I'm not a fan of Chis Hedges, but,  I found this article interesting....

Same old political nonsense, you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.

Since the NRA (backed by the republicans) will be spending in access of $40,000,000.00 to "prove" Sen. Obama is a terrorist, would it be fair game for an organization to put money up to prove that Sen. McCain's war history does not automatically classify him to be Commander and Chief of the United States? I was just wondering, because Gen. Clark's opinion (btw did not come from Obama's headquarters but his own opinion he has been saying for months)of Mr. McCain's ability or inability to be Commander and Chief based on his war history is still in the news, which is so confusing since it's one man's opinion but yet, it's ok to brand a man (whom many claim they know nothing about)a terrorist. Should Sen. Obama retaliate or just take the punches and kicks? And, if he does fight back, will it seems as though he's beating up on McCain? I know it's double standards when it comes to McCain but don't you think he's a big boy and should be able to handle it since he believes he can run this country and not wah, wah like he's been doing this last week?

First off momm, No one said the McCain war record automatically qualifies him to be president.

Secondly, Obama has already responded, by denouncing Clark's statement.....

As for branding Obama a "terrorist", he has acquaintances with ties to terrorist organizations. Let's see what "proof" is given. Please, show me some evidence that the NRA is doing what you claim.

Is it Fair the billionaire George Soros is sending millions to organizations like moveon.org to bring unsubstantiated claims of lies against George Bush?

Politic in America. Obama is free to do as he wishes.

It was on CNN news, fox news, MSNBC news and the radio. It also was on Morning Joe, MSNBC news this morning. You're always up on current events. I'm really surprised you didn't hear anything. It was blasted on news stations yesterday and today. Oh, that's what George Soros is doing? Well then, alls fair. Let the shows begin!!

ibejim, here's one website you can go to for the info on the NRA.

LOL. I prefer to investigate the news, rather the watch it. You can get both sides of the issue that way. I went to all three cable news websites and could find nothing. Thanks for the link.

"(CNN) -- The National Rifle Association will unveil a $15 million ad campaign against presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama this fall over his record on gun control"....

How is that 40 million and trying to proof him a terrorist? It's 15 million and against his stance on gun control. Seem like politics as usual to me.

BTW George Soros is an Obama supporter who recently made a "stealth" buy into Halliburton. Liberal hypocrisy never ceases to amaze me!

the other 25,000,000 was for something that involves the NRA. I didn't see that either in this article. I'll dig deeper and give you the website. Now, if you investigate the news, what does that entail since you don't watch or read it.

Momm, one more thing. Take any thing you glean from CNN (the clinton news network) with a grain of salt. Remember Lou Dobbs, and, their blatant favoritism of Hillary?

Still seem like politics as usual to me. Where does it say they are trying to prove him a terrorist?

"Now, if you investigate the news, what does that entail since you don't watch or read it."
----------------------
I do read it. I choose to investigate more than one source of news, just because I rarely watch it doesn't mean I don't read about it!

It entails a more well rounded opinion.
