When it is raining outside, why, why do drives not turn their headlights on? We as drivers cannot see you.
In the state of MI, if it is raining out and you have your windshield wipers on and your lights are not on, you will get a ticket!! I was driving today in the rain and looked in my mirror and did not see this car, because it was raining out, foggy, and the car was sliver. If they had their lights on, I might of seen them and not pulled out in front of them.. That makes me so mad, because I am a good driver and have not had a accident ever, and the only ticket I recieved was when I was 17yrs old and I am 39 now. I just do not understand. PLEASE DRIVERS WHEN IT IS RAINING PUT YOUR HEADLIGHTS ON, JUST TO LET OTHER DRIVERS KNOW YOUR ON THE ROAD..
