I can't believe I'm writing a post about "The Simpson's", but.... why not?!

My husband is a HUGE fan and so are our kids! Here's my hubby with Homer:   They have been buggin about this movie. Hope it turns out to be as good as they think it will be.

I was watching the news yesturday, and it seems that some people are offended by the idea of turning some of the 7-eleven's into Kwik-E-Marts. I thought it was a fantastic idea and would love to visit one and buy my kids (umm...husband) some stuff. (if anyone knows where we have one, please let me know) I don't think it's offensive or in anyway a type of discrimination. But, I'm not Indian. Then again, I'm the first to laugh at myself, so...I don't see the harm in it.

It is a CARTOON. What do you think?

well their is one in l.a., not sure of the address. i hope the movie does, well, and the idea of a kwik i mart is a great idea. i dont see why it's ok to animate it but to have one in real life is so bad???? people are odd.

lol! ok, well see :-)
yeah, I have no idea why or how someone could be offended by something that is meant to be fun and silly. Not to be taken seriously. Come on people! laugh a little! it does a body good. Besides, The Simpson's make fun of EVERYTHING. I love it. The best thing in the world is to laugh at yourself. I do, all the time :-)

The Simpson's is my idea of good family fun. We can all enjoy and laugh together. Is there anything better?

I remember The Simpson's way back in the day....the Tracey Ullman show...remeber that? on HBO? They looked totally different then. I couldn't believe it when they got their very own show! been watching ever since.
