You know - where it seems to rain practically every single weekend when most people are off work and be nice through the week?  If so, I'm going to re-think my work schedule!

Come on, Mother Nature, give us working folk a break!  Weekends are just about the only time when most of us can get some serious "outdoorsing" done!

I know...we are under a severe thunderstorm warnings up where I live. We are suppose to have isolated thunderstorms through Monday...then more on Thursday next week. Of course, I get do dodge raindrops the days I'm planning to go to a couple of baseball games next week.

Don't let rain ruin your schedule. Rainy days can be fun. Hey the grass is still green

I think the rain is beautiful and so refreshing- but it has been a bit much- even tho it really doesn't put a damper on my plans- it is slowing my tomatoe plants from producing. but this is only temperal this too will pass- -Genesis 8:22

Rain can be a good thing. I like going boating and swimming when it rains. I'll go boating and swimming when it rains the waves make it more fun. Go Rain.

Rain is fine, don't get me wrong, but the problem is that the weekends are the only time I can do work outdoors in my yard, to my house, etc. because of the hours I have at my job all week long. THAT'S what I'm saying, here.

I understand your point all to well clevebtch- it affects the things I need to do at home outside also- there is only me here with the critters- try to enjoy it- it won't last - it will dry up. take care

Every time I spark up the 'ol bbq grill it rains! All the rain might be my fault. I will just stop bbq-ing. LOL!!!

Watching a baseball game is better when it is nice and pleasant, rather that trying to stay dry while keeping score. Hopefully it won't rain in Keene NH, where I'll be on Thursday until after they have their fireworks.
