It's time for Mardi Gras!!

It is time for the annual St. Louis Mardi Gras parade. We go almost every year and always have a good time. The first time I went to it I really didn't care to go and ended up having a great time. It is now one of the events in St. Louis that I don't plan on missing for a long time. I was wanting to know who all from here is going and thinking that we can try to meet up. I know how hard it is to meet people down there because there are so many people, but maybe if we chat about it now we can all plan something out. Too much work to get in and out of there.... When I was younger I did that kind of stuff but in my old age I will just watch it on the news.......

Tommy I agree that it is work to get in and out of there, but we usually get a hotel room down there and then ride the shuttles back and forth.
Danny I try to stay away from the crazy people down there.. LOL

We've never actually been! I told Andy that I'd like to go this year b/c once we move we probably won't come back to STL for that.

As of right now I am still going!!! if we get a lot of snow and it is cleared up by saturday morning... guess what I AM GOING... come on people you know you want to come out and play for a day!

Hey girl I would love to go, and still might. We might have lauren's birthday party on the
Saturday. Her birthday always falls on Super Bowl Sunday weekend! Might go ahead and have it on sunday. I will let you know.

We are still going! den i have never been to 1860's, but maybe we this year. Chelsea it is so much fun too cold nahh... just bundle up.

Well K I'm sure you've had at least half of the Hurricane's you whipped up by now...especially sine you started to early...LOL! Thanks for the pic...you looked sober at that point, just trying to be hard...LOL.

My name is Katie and I have 3 amazing kids who keep me very busy! I enjoy going to the Lake of the Ozarks, swimming, taking my kids to the park and whatever else I can find for us to do, going to Cardinals and Blues games, I love to be outside during the summer, but during the winter you will find me hiding inside somewhere. The cold and I don't get along. In whatever free time I can find I like to hang out with my friends, go shopping and I love to go dancing.
