Rick, thanks for your comments on how the toll road extension through
San Mateo Campground will have many adverse affects including ruining
one of the best surf spots and campgrounds in California. I took off
work to go to the hearing in Del Mar yesterday and it was intense. so
many non-surfers do not understand what a treasure Trestles is. I have
been camping and surfing there for many years and will be heartbroken,
like millions of others,  if it is destroyed. more people need to know
and understand what a devastating affect this will have to our precious
land and surf and you have reached many with your comments. thank you.
