Did you guys SEE this video? This guy really defines the word "meltdown"!
There's a question about whether it's staged or not (it IS the internet, after all) but that's an awfully expensive stunt to stage if it's not real.

Take a look!!

HaHa, now people will be clamoring for a "flat screen only" law.

I've made a lot of films and have seen a lot of films made in my day. But this is real. IF it were staged, never before have I seen so many talented actors assembled together in one location.

If this was staged, it isn't funny. If it wasn't staged, then where the heck are the security guards? This guy was going to serious hurt someone or die trying. Did you see him bash the first guy in the head? That's assault and battery. Lock this guy up.

I'd like to apologize for the ruckus I created. I did not intentionally hurt anyone, but when he told me my 401k is worthless and the company can't match funds anymore I went berserk...

It may not win awards for creativity, but a jury just might buy it...

Alice,
Several sites now identify this guy as a worker in a Moscow newspaper office. One I found says the video appeared on Russian TV. If it is fake, it's the most convincing fake I've ever seen. The guy goes absolutely beserk!

I understood one word and that was NO in Russian.

I can't understand why the others were just standing around watching. I think when he flung the first monitor hitting that woman in the head everyone should have left the room.

The guy that came in wearing the windbreaker type jacket looked to be a security guard.
So, again; why didn't the other men in the room try and help take this guy down?

It was just too funny to try and stop him. They all were like us, wanting to see what would happen next. Reality at its best.

WHOA!!!

Talking about a complete MELTDOWN! I think he was finally tasered at the end. What did he hit that first guy (victim) in the head with, a laptop?

He didn't appear to be physically preventing others from running out of the room. Let the record show, Onyx would have been the first one high-tailing it outta there!

That OBSOLETE monitor hitting that woman was unreal. I KNOW that hurt! Daaaaang!!!

Ok - I think it is real - and the reason is... in the second view (the one in color - from a guys phone, I guess?) a screen protector falls off the screen when he knocks it over.

If they went to the trouble to put a screen protector on a screen just for a "stunt" - that is impressive.

I think it is real. I can't IMAGINE being in that office when that happened. Glad he wasn't packin'.

It looked real enough to me. I don't understand why when the one guy had him on the floor the other men standing around didn't run over and help to try to keep him down.

Well Bella perhaps people are more cowardly than they think, or will admit to. It's nothing to be ashamed of. As long as you do the right thing, at the right time in spite of it. Jumping into the middle of something like that can do more harm than good. I was working im Miami, construction work. We had an officer doing traffic control for us. I had come down off the machine, and was walking towards the little store on the corner. I noticed the officer on the ground involved in a scuffle with a drunk. The officers right hand was attached to the drunks left hand by his handcuffs. The officer was holding the perps left hand, but if he had let go he would still be attached by the cuffs. He was simply holding the perps right wrist. When I reached them they were standing, the officer facing me, the perp with his back to me. I reached under the perps right arm, reached up and took hold of his hand, bent it downward towards his forearm, and said "it's over". He relaxed, and gave up. The officer stepped around got him cuffed, and said "what took you so long?" kinda pissed me off, but that's ok. I thought about what needed to be done. If I had gone in there like a linebacker run amuck, giving no thought at all to my actions. Both the officer, and the perp could have suffered serious bodily harm, remember they were cuffed together at the left, and right wrist. Each situation requires a different reaction, but try not to over analyze, and do nothing.
