Traffic insurance?

While in LA, I saw a story on a guy insuring people who get traffic tickets so they dont have to pay or get points.  Called www.trafficare.net .... Didnt understand how it worked exactly but will look at the site.  The Fox 11 LA crew didnt understand either.  Lauren Sanchez was one of the anchors.

I really dont need it.  But I get stopped a lot for speeding but seem to talk my way out all the time... I dont get mad at the police.  And really apologize.  And then since I promised not to break the law, I dont want to disappoint the cop.  I had one in Daytona area who got me a couple times and when he stopped me after I promised to never speed again, I felt terrible that I didnt up hold my promise... never sped again.

That's like saying you can insure yourself for ticket violations and it pays when more violations are committed! An invitation to committing more violations or the insurance company profits for your great track record! Seems a bit twisted!

Amazing! Why don't they just obey the law a little better and either put the money in a savings account or give it to a charity?

Your photos of Iraq are great! We should compare notes. I flew 23 missions to Kuwait, similar terrain, without the snipers.

Cookie: what did you fly? when? If I wasnt there for F-16s in combat, I ferryed some aircraft there from Aviano or Lakenheath. I have 100s more photos I should show. War Eagle !! Look at

I thought I mentioned that last year. When in LA I miss the SEC coverage, so I am getting a Super Satellite , lol, for 2008. I usually make it to the games now that I have a biz jet and it is a fast trip up to AU or Away games. But I would rather just watch on TV.

Insurance, you gotta' love the concept. Just think what they can add next on the list. Here's one they can add, it's kind of like for automobiles, since more individuals are finding that they owe more than what their house is worth, how about "Gap" insurance for home owners...?! I'm sure the insurance agents are working on it already..lol.
