If you people vote Liberal Obama, get used to the Legislature, Congress, rule of Law going out the window.  If you dont get want you want by votes or the way it is supposed to work.... majority rules...... try the courts... let 7 people make laws and legislate from the bench. 

How to make law... got to the ballot, lose and try again and again.... and if you lose sue and go to the courts to make law.... Heck with Congress and Legislatures. Maybe we can get 7 people to make laws most dont want.  With 80 per cent of people not wanting Gay marriage, and 7 liberals do then it is law.  Maybe they can add $3.00 in taxes to a gallon of gas , curb free speech... hey, they can just make a ruling and it is law.  Is that the STATE or USA you want.?

Get used to it if Liberals take over... and load up alllll Federal benches.  This judges are Jimmy Carter appointees who border Marxist.  THink I read that these 7 get overturned like 70 per cent of the time where it is 2 per cent of the time in more Middle America districts. 

I was against it to remain civil, but to retailiate against Liberal Judges,  we need a US Constitutional ammedenment to outlaw Gay Marriage....making these loons in CA impotent like they should be.

 I want rights for all, but Marriage is not a Civil rights thing.. Gay Marriage is a Life Style. Remember you get what you vote for... Obama will love this legislation by courts. 

BEWARE the Ides of Liberal- Marxist lawyers

Since I think you Bloggers are Smart and helpful and have a variety of views and experiences, I really need as much final input in a couple things that I have been talking about for a while and now ready to roll.... you wouldnt believe the legal loopholes involved.

Here is what I have in mind.. you tell me how to improve, add or subtract.  I want neigborhood offices who can be responsible for a "grid' of homes, families, etc.  IN each of these centers, I want to make sure people can come in for help with money, food, jobs, health, etc.  If someone has trouble with grocerys getting in the home, we can assist them ( I have been there where I wasnt sure if I had money for food).  Or in case of Crime areas, we will set patrols, assist with kids who have parents who want them to change from Zero to Hero and change from a thug to a person they can be proud of. 

In some low income communitys in our long fact finding of 2007-8, we learned that many people have no clue how to be parents, be employed, or have a clue how to live day to day.... it is a shame and this is perpetuating year after year.  Abuse follows abuse and crime follows crime. 

In these centers which could number hundreds in a city, it would be the starting point of links to help... the main TruthGuys Foundation (called something else when ready), will have the jobs, the money, the councelors, the attorneys, and any resourse to help.  The only condition is that anyone who gets help will have to help others too.  No leaches allowed.   That is something I am concerned with.  I dont think it helps to hand out money with one hand and people doing nothing to improve. 

I seen this happen first hand in the Katrina New Orleans disaster.  I flew in supplies and when I saw people we helped standing around doing nothing we asked for them to help distribute food, water, etc.... they did nothing but sit and not a thank you out of anyone.   I asked many of the USAF guys if they experienced the same... and they said the people were so used to welfare checks and help, they had no clue how to live like the rest of us.  I vowed not to enable this. 

SO I need your help in how YOU would run such help centers.   I need accountablity but yet a way people can go to not be ashamed of getting help or reluctant to get help.  In a segment of CBSNEWS last night they showed a girl who was a waitress and while making $200 a week barely, she has bare kitchen cabinets... this in W Virginia... sad.  ANd then when I see kids poor too... I lose it.  I might see if I can post this report here. They show a 30 sec commercial I am sure.

Now you can see why I gave up on Volusia County and its thinking.  In Kelly Joyce's story about a nice Equestrian development wanting to get approval.  One lady who lives near didnt like it because she told kelly, " I dont all the trees to be gone." AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH..  It was a 60 ac nice development with a great place to take the family when built.   There isnt a Nuke power plant going up, it is just a thing to add to the quality of life.

It is like when Soviet leader Gorbashav visited the US and his wife was noted as saying,, "Gorby, why do we not have all this like in New York.. the wealth but have all those ICBMs and Nukes?"... Gorby Said "it is to protect our stuff".... but his wife said... 'we dont have any Stuff"..

Same thing in Volusia County.  There is NOTHING here.  And short sighted people who dont want nice things to come to Daytona or the county is the reason this is a 4th rate living standard.  I aim to change that a bit, but this county is worthless.

I wont even let Seminole countys new Chair involved in any expansion plans we have.  I was shocked to see her hired from Volusia County.  She was one of the reasons Volusia County lost us after I have been here 40 years and in business since 1991. 

Since Hurricanes are coming, more wild fires I would like to see some sort of Disaster Bank of supplies to help out.  I sent folks down to Palm Bay with food, and they said they needed plates, forks, cups, etc  DONE.  If any of you know where they need more, let me know.

I wouldnt have known if I didnt have someone watching the news for me and following up on the great reporting.

I might set up a Money assistance Bank to help those who lost everything... An idea is to have it set up in the TV stations with remotes... we can sponsor.

Any ideas on how to fast responce this let me know. here or at my email shown.. thinking aloud now.

I will never buy a Prius to save gas and most Hybrids cost too much that ZEROs out the money saved in gas saved.

But I saw a car today that was really really small but looked safe enough and was from a large Car maker... It looked like a Honda maybe???

What are the little cars that get the best milage but yet passenger friendly.  I wouldnt go to Atlanta in it but around town or maybe DAB to Orlando maybe.  NOw I can afford the expensive gas but I hate letting Russia, OPEC and Venz get away with it.  My biz jet would make Carbon folks hate me.   

I have told a Fox 35 viewer to get www.LifeLock.com to protect the Identity.  Shannon Butler did a story on a lady who lost her vital numbers in the mail box.  Whether through the internet Public Records or what ever, you should have this.  There is another technolgy I see on commercials with a Guard Dog or something, but i am not into copy cats... I like originals who pioneer this.

THere is also a Back ground check out fit I use on employees and I get their SSN as a part of it regardless of what anyone does.  Many loop holes having this information.  Life Lock at least makes it impossible to steal it.

Has anyone ever sold anything on Ebay?  I have autographed Celebrity magazines that I need to sell..  I know the people when I was in LA or elsewhere when they might have been not so large Celebs.  Now that they are A plus celeb I asked them to autograph the entire mag and not just the cover and I framed them really nice.  Like a Shaq in his Orlando magic to Travolta, Sharon Stone, Stallone, Gov Arnold... a bunch. 

But I am not sure if it is worth it for me to list them that way.  I am not interested if it is hard to do.  Do I have to accept Charge Cards? How do I do that? etc.

Let me preface to say that Fox 35 is probably the best Fox station out there and one of the best Stations in Orlando, the reporters and anchors are first rate, and the webguys and gals  are also fantastic.

But one of the most frustrating things to see in News and similar shows are these OVERDONE teases.  Either tell the news or not.... and then when you say NEXT, it isnt 20 minutes later.   Not sure if some News Consultant came to all stations but it is on the rise.   You mention a story or 2 or 3 that you will talk about Next... run to 5 commercials..... mention the tease AGAIN !!!!!!  and then 5 more commercials one of the 3 stories is mentioned while 10 minutes later the tease again for those NEXT stories.  

Sorry guys, but I click away and dont come back half the time.

The worse of these is Inside Edition and ET, or Insider type shows where they do this 30 times in a half hour.  If you add up these teases, folks, they are more than the actual story.

The other thing (which you dont do but another channel does) is ask a question and say the answer when 'we come back" or at the end of the package.   I always leave and dont come back for a while when they do that.

I actually have 4 TVs running with Fox35 unmuted in my Home office while catching up on work or calling LA offices.   So the teases stay... but man o man, I am leaving if they keep getting worse.   Tell the consultants, NEXT IS NEXT.

Now that LA is done and I am Finally moving on my Orlando building... the design and land purchase took forever in Lake Mary near the Airport.  But I will be in LA more than Orlando, so I was either going to have a place near the office or Downtown Orlando IF IT IS OK NOW. 

Last I heard was that they had some cool buildings there but are they safe to buy....... I also heard some are filing bankrupt status and worthless...... and CAN you tell me which are the elite buildings I should explore.?  

Whether they be a loon who rapes children or a Mind control cult like Scientology, use your head.  Scientology just cant get a foothold as a true religion due to its lunitic theorys, mind control techniques, and Nazi like Propaganda techniques.   Called Dangerous by a US Judge in the 80's, they now are hunting down Celebrities to get credibility.  Here is the BCC Special on the Cult.  THey use spy techniques to attack those who look for information about them.   It was a sin that children were not protected with fring Mormon cults, so the jig is up against Scientology.   The talking head for Scientology is Anne Archers son Tom who runs the information office like a good Nazi or Leninist.

While in LA, I saw a story on a guy insuring people who get traffic tickets so they dont have to pay or get points.  Called www.trafficare.net .... Didnt understand how it worked exactly but will look at the site.  The Fox 11 LA crew didnt understand either.  Lauren Sanchez was one of the anchors.

Suppose we developed a non gas engine that took millions of cars, buses and trucks out of the gasoline need picture, who would benefit?  I am trying to think who that would be.  For example, the Airlines would benefit since the cost of fuel would drop like a rock.  I know the consumer would benefit but what entity would.,.. I am stuck.
