I think it is a well known fact world wide that the American economy is going into a heavy recession. Political analysts all over the media have been saying that we are in for another 4 to 5 years of the worst economy since the 1960’s. Now you can blame this on a number of things; a “larger than life” budget for the War on Terror, too much money being thrown into the missile defense system, the oil companies financially raping the American people, or just too much over-seas spending period. But on top of all that the main reason for this recession that we are diving into is illegal immigration. Illegal immigration has been a plague to American society since the early 1900’s, but has been exploding out of control in the last 20 years. Illegal immigration is now impacting all aspects of our society like nothing the history of our country has ever seen.

At this moment there is said to be 21,437,347 illegal immigrants in our country! We catch approximately 4,200 Mexicans trying to cross the border illegally every week, and that is only 23% of those who try. Most of them just want to come here to work, have a family, and start a new life, but they need to learn to wait in line just like the rest of world. The Mexican President has been quoted calling Americans racist for having a closed border, but I guess he forgot that he closed his southern border off to all of Central and South America. He has also been quoted as saying, "Wherever there is a Mexican, that is Mexico". I guess in his eyes, the entire world belongs to his country. I understand that we are the worlds only superpower and that we are the greatest country in the world, but I would also so like to keep it that way. In order to do so, we must monitor every person that steps foot in this country for drugs, weapons, diseases, criminal backgrounds, etc. And with new ethnic groups introduced to our country comes new religions, new morals and values, and don’t forget new crime and new gangs.

As of today there are 360,931 illegals incarcerated in the U.S. prison system. That is 360,931 illegal convicted felons that are getting free food and a free roof over their head from your tax money. Here is a number you’re not going to hear on CNN or MSNBC. Since 2001, the government has spent $1,397,951,146 of our tax money to pay for illegal incarcerations. It is also said that there are about 674,286 illegal immigrant fugitives living in our country today. Every day there are an average of 12 Americans that are murdered by illegal’s. For those of you who can’t count that would be more than 21,900 murders by illegal’s since September 11, 2001. In California, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona and Texas alone, more than 53% of all investigated burglaries are perpetrated by illegals. 95% of all murder warrants issued in L.A. country on on illegal aliens.

For those illegals who have managed to stay out of jail, they have found other ways to rob the public. Since January of 2006 there has been $26,876,799,435 of American money wired back to Mexico. Since 1996, the U.S. government has spent $397,450,673,658 on Social Services for illegal immigrants. In the state of California alone, between the years of 1993 and 2003, 62 hospitals went bankrupt and were forced to close down due to the financial burden of supplying illegal immigrants with free health care. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama want free health care for the entire country?! Ha! Keep dreaming. 43% of all Food Stamps issued are to illegal’s. 41% of all unemployment checks issued in the United States are to illegal immigrants. 58% of all welfare payments made in the U.S. are issued to illegal’s. Less than 2% of all illegal’s in this country are picking crops, but 41% are on welfare.

The list goes on and on. If you are not enraged after reading this article than you yourself are probably an illegal. These problems have been going on for years and years and government politicians have done absolutely nothing about it. If you write to a Congressman or write to your state Senator, it’s not going to do any good. These politicians just sit back and spend our money, raise taxes, and collect their pay checks. They don’t give a rats [...] about us! We, the American people need to figure out another way to solve this problem, and fast. Organizations like the Minutemen are what we need, but more of them. This is a small group but they are still able to make a dent in the movement of illegals. This is a game of survival of the fittest, and only the strong will survive!
