So Kobe Bryant has finally won the MVP award. Many so-called experts felt he didn't deserve to win it, that guys like Chris Paul, Lebron James or Kevin Garnett should have won it.
I disagree. I think Kobe Bryant is the best player on the planet. This was his year. He deserved this MVP. He led the Lakers to the best record in the west. They haven't lost a playoff game, and he's about to lead the Lakers to yet another NBA title. Many said his numbers didn't stack up to some of the others stars in the league, but it's not a numbers award. It's the Most Valuable  Player Award. And to me Kobe was the most valuable player.
