I'm Yawning......all day everyday. I can't sleep!!!!! Now I know Many of you say....Nischelle I really don't care, but this is starting to get ridiculous! I have a really screwed up schedule anyway, so sometimes it's hard to go to sleep but for the past week I haven't gotten ANY!!!!! Here's what happens....I get in bed at the samt time about 7:30 everynight and try to go to sleep but I just can't do it...so I end up siutting there staring at the walls listening to the cars go by...then about 10:30 or eleven I say oh well and turn on the television and catch the end of the news...then i try to go back to sleep again...no dice..this goes on repeatedly until about one am then I finally fall into a little naptime...until my alarm goes off at TWO AM!!!!! It's so horrible. So I go through the day in a trance until it happens again the next night.
I have tried everything....warm bath...hot tea...cold shower...reading...not reading....meditating....glass of wine...shot of whiskey! LOL! The only thing I don't do and it's cause I'm wierd about medicine and I don;t like to take pills...is sleeping pill. I really need some help.
What do you guys do to cure insomnia? No porn references please...I've already heard it from everyone of my friends!
HOLLA!

Hi there Everyone...
So it's almost the end of the year so this is my "best of..." blog. I'm going to add a little sports and entertainment together. My best of the year may surprise you a little..
best movie: I loved "American Gangster", "Waitress" and surprisingly "Hairspray". All were great. I am a little behind in the movies that are up for most fo the awards although the past couple weeks i have been catching up.
best cd: once again I loved "American Gangster"..not the soundtrack to the movie though but Jay-Z's latest fete. I also loved Wyclef Jean's, "Memoir's of an Immigrant" and MAry J's Growing Pains.
song of the year: I loved "Umbrella, "Before he Cheats", "Girlfriend" and "Bump Like This".
Favorite show: Didn't debut in 2007, but I really fell in love with Big Love and So You Think You Can Dance."
Favorite new website: www.chicksinthehuddle.com. It'sm a friend of mine's website but it is great, funny, glib and empoering to women who like sports.

Hey everyone...glad to be back blogging! Been gone for a little while I had a family emergency and was out of pocket for about a week but now I am back and ready to tak to you guys....everyone is blogging about Paris so I am going to ignore it even though I have been on Paris watch for a very longtime..let's talk guilty pleasures okay? It's summer and during the summer I like to catch up on my reading and get into some new mindless tv that I can just get lost in so here is my summer guilty pleasure list for 2007:
1. just finished "Lisptick Jungle" by Candice Bushnell....Loved it! I am such a fan of hers from Sex and the City and it just got better for me with this book.
2. got caught up in the Debra Messing mini-series "The Starter Wife" men...this one not for you really but ladies thisis really delicious! So funny and just fun to watch.
3. Hell's Kitchen and "So You Think You Can Dance"--both of these shows areon FOX and they are really good. Both are mid-season replacements and have me hooked. I watched so you think you can dance form the beginning because I love dance but I really gotinto in last season...and started back taking dance classes because of it. Hell's kitchen is my stress reliever..so damn good that Gordon Ramsey! Watch these shows they are my guilty pleasures.
4. All I have to say is Vincent Chase and the gang return on Sunday!
So those are my summer guilty pleasures what are yours? Maybe I will get some good ideas. Let's talk. Holla!!!
Hey everyone...
Wow not writing about sports today venturing into the world of entertainment. So Britney is back testing the waters on stage again. And peoplle are going crazy. Here is why I think America is fast faltering. There are a lot of people that actually think that 15 minute Britney on stage shaking her behind is worth paying 500 dollars for. That is ridiculous. I don't blame Britney if people are going to pay that kudos to her for getting it but ask yourself the question...if you paid 500 dollars for a concert for anyone else and you saw that person lip sync and jump around for 15 minutes then leave you wouldbe ready to kick somebody's butt and get your money back right? So what is up here...Britney fans let me know!
And Paris is going to jail....enough said. Sound off.
HOLLA!
