Ok, is it me or does it seem like Lisa Breck only feature places to eat and places to take your baby or buy clothes and stuff for upper white folks??? Lisa is cool and I absolutely adored her through her pregnacy but it pisses me off that the only restaurants or get aways she features are for people who excuse me, are not in my income bracket or "culture". Everyday I watch to see if she is going to feature something close to the other side of town instead of in Hollywood, or torwards the Van Nuys area but SHE NEVER DOES and that makes me mad. There are hundreds of good places to eat, places to buy clothing, places for moms to relax that are reasonable and for EVERYONE not just one certain group of people. Am I wrong here? Please correct me if I am - ANYONE.
I have not blogged for that long - I have a Yahoo 360 account but I dont really blog on there. This is the first place that I have visited and seem to here more about faith then any other place. Its encouraging. But anyway down to business.
Scientology - WHAT IS IT and WHY???
I dont get it, it seriously scares me and makes me think that it was put into place as a means of control and to give people the permission to do what they want to do.
Kabballah - sorry if it is mispelled - what the heck is it? All I know is that they wear all white at the wedding, I think??
My question is, why are entertainers so quick to accept a religion that has no spiritual backing over having a relationship with God? And why does the media push every other religious ideology EXCEPT Christianity? You guys remember, they had to put "Christ" back in Christmas and the Walmart employees can finally say Merry Christmas......what is up with that??
Disclaimer - this is not a religious debate AT ALL and I say that because I am not debating on who's religious beliefs are right >>>>cause we all know christianity is :-)<<< but I asking and encouraging folks to respond back and let me know why others put so much emphasis on this other stuff and completely ignore another.
Happy bloggin folks!!
