Lakisha should not have gone home tonight. She is amazing and so is Melinda. It should have been them at the end. Blakes performance last night was horrible he should have gone home. If the judges think Blake did better then Lakisha, then American Idol needs new judges.

Hi my name is Mitchell and I am a very big Idol fan and Wednesdays are always the worst days for me because I know more tears will be shed. This week was LaKishas week and in my eyes she is not a loser she will defintely have a record deal and she will be selling many records. I believe in supporting every American idol even if they do not win, I love them all and always be the number one fan of that show until the end.

I'm so happy that Blake got to stay, I think he is one of tbe most original contestant I have ever seen on idol. If he won, I might actually get a cd from an american idol contestant for the first time.

The result is what I expect, even though she's really amazing with singing.. but, they are all great singer.. it just that somebody must go..hopefully, American vote their favor ones already.. just take all to God.. He will taking care everything.. and American Idol's workers.. are the one who's working the most and hard workers..thank you guys for giving such a nice show

Anyone who thinks Blake can sing needs to get their hearing checked. This show is a joke. To say that Blake is a better singer than Lakisha is totally ridicious. It seems the teens are grabbing the phones instead of doing their homework. Every freaking year we have to endure another no talent who goes father than they should at the expense of talented others. And the Judges are the same who said that Jennifer Hudson was not worthy of the AI trophy.

Hello, do you even watch AI? The judges are not the ones who chose who goes home. America votes and whomever gets the least amount of votes is who goes home.

Leticia has a good voice,but when the guest stars try to suggest how she should sing a song, such as Barry Gibb did, she nods in agreement and then proceeds to sing the piece during competition the way she wants to instead. Maybe she should listen more to constructive criticism ....

THE WHOLE THING WAS FIXED FROM THE BEGINNING. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT PAULA WAS VERY FAIR AS A JUDGE . SHE USED TO GET UP ND DANCE FOR ALL THE SINGERS BUT THIS YEAR SHE ONLY ROSE TO HER FEET FOR ALL THE GUYS AND FOR THE FOOTBALL PLAYERS DAUGHTER. SHE HAS SHOWN ME SHE CAN PLAY FAVORITES. RANDYS VOCABULARY IS SO LIMITED TO DAWG , YOYOYO , DATS DA BOMB AND OTHER SILLY SAYINGS. WHEN HE SPEAKS HE ALWAYS LOKKS TO SEE SIMON AND PAULAS REACTIONS TO MAKE SURE HE IS SAING THE RIGHT THING. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED HE RARELY GIVES A OD JUDGEMENT. AND SIMON WELL HE I CONSISTANT WITH HIS JUDGINGS AND YES I MOST OF THE TIME I DO FIND HIM TO BE RIGHT BUT HE NEEDS TO LEARN NOT TO HURT OTHERS WITH HIS JUDGEMENTS.AND I FEEL THAT NONE OF THEM CAN MAKEUP THEIR MINDS IF THE WANT THE CONTESTANTS TO SOUND LIEK THE REAL THING OR TO DO THEIR OWN VERSIONS OF THE SONGS.OH WELL I AM SURE THEY WILL MAKE IT MORE STUPID NEXT YEAR. THE SHOW HAS TURNED INTO A SPECTACLE NOT WHAT THEY HAD STARTED IT TO BE.

OldBeachGal, Lakisha expained that she had a cold and was afraid she could not sing the way it was suggested to her/the way she had practiced. Ryan even mentioned she had been ill. So she did listen but was unable or afraid to try it because of her throat. But even with that, beebop is not singing and Black was terrible. This season is a joke.

How could america not choose Melinda? She is probably the best singer American Idol has ever had. It seems american may have made another mistake the way they did with taylor hicks. Yes he was good but seriously...Melinda is the real American Idol. I hope that at least the people of the US are smart enough to pick Jordin because shes the only one left that has talent and an amazing amount at that rock on girl. But in my heart Melinda and Lakisha are my American Idols.

My goodness... if nothing else spells out rigged like tonights results show, I don't know what else. Poor Blake he doesn't stand a chance against Jordin next week as much as I'd prefer to see him win. I don't think I want to stick around to watch Jordin's "surprised" look on her face when Ryan Seacrest unveil's the results for the 2007 American Idol. My deepest and sincerest condolences to Melinda but I know she has a career ahead of her... perhaps even a Grammy waiting for her :)

I am boycotting AI from now on last season they kicked of Chris. and Now Melinda don't people know talent when they hear it? Blake isn't that talented.. I know Melinda is still the best...

I do now know it has nothing to do with there singing..

I'm sssoooo dissapointed that Melinda went home. It's totally unfair. Blake can't sing. He doesn't meet the criteria of an american idol. Sorry! I would like to see Melinda and Jordin in the final
