What a disgrace that Democrats found it necessary to get preventative innoculations before heading to North Carolina to attend a stock car race. This just proves how arrogant and self-centered they really are. Are they really afraid of catching a disease from their fellow citizens, [which could happen at the Capitol], or do they not consider these folks as being equals. You Libs out there, don't try to tell me it's a good idea to take precautions before a trip. This is a trip WITHIN our own borders. I travel 48 states and I don't need innoculations!  If getting sick from being near someone bothers them, then build a fence at the BORDER and stop those people before they come in ILLEGALLY!

I studied at Rickyw's Rusted Out Ranger Ranch! My teacher specialized in flat repair and bald tire braking. Don't you remember me? I wrote that rubber check.

Just another Republican non-important issue to distract people from the REAL issues in the news and to create false outrage.

polarbear, you might just be right about that. does anybody know why this was done? why it was done then?

it smells like a routine thing being overblown by the media.........how petty & stupid if it is.

i looked for answers to these questions myself & found nothing. I'm probably looking in all the wrong places (story of my life sometimes LOL) anybody find anything?

These stories are distractions from the Occupation of Iraq and other issues, such as Global Warming, and Health Care.

thanks mrrick, sounds pretty stupid to me. just the media making a big deal out of some stupid thing that probably was not necessary to begin with. yes gorbash, they are a distraction from alot of things, not just your pet projects. LOL

Health Care is not a "Pet Project"- it is a seriuos issue that affects alot of Americans, and they care about it more than I do, but are less able to put their thoughts down in a coherent fashion, because they are probabley too angry to think straight (over Republicans obstructing SCHIP and other programs)

Global Warming is a threat that will and is affecting every living human being, and every living thing on Planet Earth, and there is nothing "Pet Project" about it.
