Hanging nooses on a tree is like painting a swastika on a Jewish Temple and it is a Hate Crime.

Jeez, how dare black people take a threat of lynching too seriously- They should be more like you and not take it seriously, just like Rush Limbag, and Shawn Hannity and other Fascist Pigs and Republiscum who are making excuses of racists.

Who else would the nooses hung from the very same tree that the white students told the black kids only they could sit under it? Perhaps you can use your Sick and Evil Right Wing logic to explain it to us?

They will come up with some type of Repbliscum "logic" just like the "Logic" they use to justify the preempitve invasion and occupation of Iraq, or the "logic" they use to spread the Right Wing lie that the Earth is 6000 years old, or the Right Wing "logic" that the Scientific theories of Evolution and Global Warming are "just theories" or the Right Wing "logic" of using preemptive nuclear force against Iran.

Oh, they will give us more "logic" until we find a way to defeat the fascists spreading these Right Wing lies and their sick and twisted "logic"

Of course the black kids who beat the white student should be expelled, so long as the kids who put up the nooses, the white student who beat up a black kid (isn't being reported), and the white student who brandished a rifle to a black student (also not being reported) are also expelled.

As for the charges? well Attempted Murder is ridiculous! The white kid was out of the hosptital in 2 hours and went about his normal day without much trouble besides a black eye! Should they be charged? Of course, but so should the whites who put up the nooses for Hate Crimes and making threats, the white kid who brandished the rifle, and the white kid who beat the black kid should also be charged and REASONABLY charged- That means removing the racist prosecutor!

The "noose thing" is a violent threat, and anyone with a brain (Republiscum exluded) knows what that means. Lynching is still a real threat in some areas of this country apparently, and now we see that Republiscum call that freedom of expression, just like they called Don Imus's racist rants against the black college women, or Michael Richards racist rants!

Did we hear about "freedom of expression" when Howard Stern was kicked off the air for telling sex and fart jokes? Where were the Republiscum then? Where were the Republiscum during the Janet Jackson incident!

Nowhere, because Republiscum don't care about protecting "freedom of expression" they care about protecting racisms and racists like Don Imus, these racist punks, or Michael Richards!

Also, what isn't being reported by Fascist Propogandists like Rush Limbag and Shawn Hannity on Corporate News, is that 1 white student beat a black student prior to this incident, and a white student brandished a gun at a black kid.

yes it is a threat if you take it that way but some people do it as a stupid prank. do i think it is wrong yes.do I think they should get in as much trouble no .do i think the black people should be charged with attempted murder no. but I don't think it is right to turn it into a race thing like they are the only ones that were victimized.

you don't see a whole bunch of white people rallying saying that it was a race crime all 6 black kids should be charged for attempted murder. I am just sick of people wanting to keep the my ancestors were slaves you owe me attitude. It was your black people that sold you to us and I owe you nothing I lost half of my family in the civil war fighting for your freedom.
