All I posted was about the Giving Tree and I thought it was Great of Fox8 to do it but, stated not to forget other communities. I don't live in Cleveland and couldn't make it to the station but we buy and gave through my sons school. I said I though it would have been nice for Fox 8 to say if you live too far away or whatever and can't make it there, look to your Community to see where you can give and help a family in need.

I have looked all over for that Blog. It was up for awhile and is now gone. It isn't even under my user profile. Why would that have been Reported or Deleted? I didn't bash Fox 8 or anyone just thought I'd TRY to help out other communitites that don't have the benefit of Fox 8 collecting for them and getting the media coverage like Cleveland does.

If anyone at Fox 8 (or anyone in general) sees this and can help me out, I Thank You. I mean if it was reported for something, I have NO clue what it could've been it would be nice to know what was so bad about it. AND now if somehow I'm missing it, even though I've gone through Days of Blogs and it's not there, I would appreciate someone pointing it out to me.
Thanks!

Motox~~~I read your first blog on the Giving Tree and i was with you. I don't understand why is was not for all areas or for all needy children for that matter, I could not understand why is was just for foster children, with no disrespect to them, but i would think they would have a better of a Christmas being with foster parents than a needy child with nothing. I don't know i am probably wrong, i usually am. My family and i did go down there friday to donate and i am about a 45 min.drive from cleveland, we did this because i could not find any where else to go besides the ones we already did.

Thanks for responding Surviviormom! Like I had posted I know there are needy in Cleveland, there are also needy in Ashtabula,Lake,Geauga etc. that didn't get the Media attention Cleveland does. I just thought it would have been nice for them to say "And if for any reason you can't make it here, Please give locally". Or something to that effect.

It was so nice of you to go to give there and to your county. That is the kind of stuff we try to teach our children.

I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and a Happy & Healthy New Year!

your very welcome Motox. My children are getting at the age now that i think they need to learn to not only receive but to also give. My youngest still believes in Santa so he doesn't understand why Santa can't help all the the ones in need, i just tell him Santa only leaves a couple gifts family members need help with the rest.
Thank you again Motox i wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and Happy healthy New Year too!!
God Bless!!

I'm just assuming since this is all new.. there's going to be some glitches... Which include blogs just vanishing..
I don't think anyone reported you or someone didn't like your blog.. Alot of people have posted blogs (myself included) that have just vanished for no reason..
Happy Holidays

Thanks Sassy! It never occured to me that it just vanished by itself! lol I thought maybe I offended someone at Fox 8 or whatever, because while I thought it was a Great idea, it would have been nice to hear other communities mentioned and get them help as well.

Anyways Thanks to the both of you for your help!

Check out your local Shelter, Humane Society and APL for Beautiful animals like the one in my avatar! That's Chance our three legged Chow mix we adopted 2 1/2 years ago from the Lake County Humane Society! He gets along Great with our 4 indoor ONLY fixed cats ; ) and is a very well behaved dog. I'm glad his previous owner didn't want him anymore, 'cuz now WE got him! And Love him to pieces and he has the home he should have from the start. All our cats were DumpOffs as well. They too have their forever homes and are spoiled rotten! Also Huge Thanks to Dick Goddard for all you do for the animals! They have no voice of their own and you give that to them. And for those who have never met Dick he is just the sweetest person even off camera. Keep up the Great work Dick, they depend on people like you for their lives! ** UPDATE We Now have 5 cats. Someone dumped a kitten and her littermates at a Nursery in Perry and a worker told us it happens all the time. At least one kitten has a Loving, Happy Forever Home. I have an idea Get Your Cat Fixed and stop DUMPING the unwanted kittens. Our new addition is worth each and every dollar we're spending to get her Healthy. To whomever dumped her,I'm glad she didn't have to grow up in a home like yours. Thanks Humane Society Volunteer
