Yes, it's true. Our little show has gone away.

I must say management was always supportive and interested and curious to see what could be done to improve and grow the show.   I felt good about the support from management that the show received given the limitations we had.

In truth, we had a bunch of challenges many of which were identified or hinted at in this space and I don't think we were getting any better at meeting those challenges.

It was great having so many people in to co-host and sit in with us but consistent on-air people on any show is important and it was difficult perhaps over time and probably jarring to the viewers as well.

I'll miss the fun people and the and trying to make something better... But it was a tough ride at times and we all knew it.

There was an enterprising small group and passionate producer that put the show together every week and they worked tirelessly to put on what they thought worked best on TV.

Thanks to the viewers of the show and the readers and regular contributors to this space. I always valued your input and opinions.

By the way, of course I was being facetious/sarcastic about celebs being more important than the rest of us :) It's not all celebs--just the movie stars. (joking!!!)

Thanks again everyone,

Mark

sorry to hear tsh is cancelled. i liked it, and watched it whenever i could. i didn't blog much about it, because it's hard to say anything bad about the show, cuz i liked it period. i like the fact that the co-host were always changing. it's always cool getting other peoples views and thoughts. i guess if their is one thing i wish to see on the show, was you guys being meaner, tougher and harder on certain celeb's and or storys. say what you really mean without sugar coating it.

having been on the short side of many cancellations its hard to leave friends and colleagues even though you may see them again in a week still each show is like a family. as far as TSH shows like that are nothing more than yellow journalism who pray on peoples weakness and misfortunes for ratings and profit like the paparazzi or people who put on [...] fights and dog fights its all about exploitation.. its disgusting its not entertainment news ..I'm hoping this will be the beginning of the end of these kind of shows its a damn shame that our lives have become so mundane that the only way we seem to be happy is when someone successful trips up or falls and someone is around to film it....its gonna be nice to see that extra episode of the Simpson's or Malcolm in the middle again..laughter beats out misery every time..

Mark,

Keep blogging guy! I had so many pictures to send, but since the show is gone, I will still have my pictures in my Namm Show folder for anyone to view and enjoy. But, I think something will open up again. I'm not a fan of TMZ, and never will be. That's So Hollywood had way more class than that TMZ show ever will. I just hope that the show stays on the web for a while for those of us who "mourn the loss" of the show.

Mark, another opportunity awaits though! I know it gets busy in the news room, and that will contribute to the wackiness of the schedule, but I see potential for a new show, if it gets developed over a period of time. Perhaps the team will revive the show in the future with a new title and format? Who knows? Hire Mark Paul Sebar to be on staff? Maybe a great idea...how about it Sebar? How about it Fox 11? A number of us surely enjoyed the ride!

Mark Thompson is not interested in my talents, even if he was, a certain status within the industry would wind up killing the show or funding or both. I told you I am nationally blacklisted in this industry, I know who they are and what they can do, so I will not even go there.

Yeah crafty, I hear you. When you have a team of production people all working together, it is a very tough go. I suppose that is what really hurts...cont'd

Mark, the reason the show failed as I said from the start, mainly was the format. The bottom line is pulling ratings and that is it. I know you tried to help your friend Arden, and that is a very noble cause to want to help friends, but the rotating of co-hosts also helped kill it, however I blame the major fall on the format. I would have formatted the show vastly different and even brought in some major personalities as well. Most American loath Hollywood, but that doesn't mean you can't have a show on entertainment. TSH was like every other format genre in the entertainment shows and that is why it failed. FORMAT!

I personally enjoyed and appreciated every little part of the show, including everyone involed in the show. Even if tsh is leaving us, I hope once in a while you will still do one-time specials with co-hosts -- like the summer movie preview special of tsh, you did before. That was so much fun I remember.

One of the most memorable moments in tsh for me was when you showed off the picture of you as a Simpsons character. That was actually drawn by a human artist, not by computer, right?

I'm gonna miss this show. I hope you'll revive it someday. Or if you happen to plan another show like this, please invite Amy Murphy and Adrianna Costa as co-hosts!

Yes, anything except that awful Arden and her wanting to have a creep's baby. I wonder what happens to Lauren Sanchez career. She comes back and no more TSH. Then there is perky lil Maria Quiban, has she nabbed Lauren's spot with her brand of newscasting? Aloha-ha-ha-ha!

Hi Mark...
I know I am a little late with this comment...But....
I am extremely disappointed about the show. I watched every weekend...even when the time slot changed! I just hope that Fox realizes how great their on air staff are...Jillian is definately NOT the shining star of anything in my book. Don't let the bloggers get you down...
*hugs*
