Hello everyone,

Happy Monday! So this week I found some great stories. The first one talks about what women want in a mate. I'm not talking about personality or anything else that the ladies may be looking in a perfect partner. I'm talking about what we are attracted to in terms of looks. It turns out, that since the beginning of Humanity we ( ladies) have been attracted to men who have pug like faces. You heard it right, pug-like, yes that adorable little dog that sports a tiny face. So it got me thinking, the first thing I did was to pull out old photo albums to see if any of the ex's fit the category and guess what as crazy as it sounds some did! I'm not quite sure if they would be happy to hear that LoL. I'm so intrigued to hear what you guys think after reading the article. For the ladies, do you think your honey looks a little bit like a pug? How about the guys, what you do think? Is the study accurate? Can't wait to read your reactions.

Next is a wonderful story about a dolphin who lost her tail and now phrosthetic specialist is working on getting her a new one. I love dolphins I think they are not only magical but they are also very important in society. If I hadnt become a reporter I probably would be working with dolphins.  Did you know that they have been used by the U.S. government since the 1950's to help vessels manuver around bombs. They have also been known to save humans who ahve fallen into the water from drowning so to hear that technology is helping them out i think is great. But some people were not so happy, a handful spoke out saying taht such technology should be used on humans not animals. What do you think?

Last but not least a family in Florida will be giving birth to sextuplets! Six little babies all at once...yikes! I cant wait to have babies of my own but six at once could be really overwhelming. Btw I really think that there must be something on in Florida, less than a month ago I read of another family who had quadruplets..... hmmmm?

Hope you guys enjoy and thank you so much for all your comments!!!!

Study: Men With 'Cavemen' Faces Most Attractive to Women

Guys with bulldog-like faces have been chick magnets throughout human evolutionary history.

A recent study of the skulls of human ancestors and modern humans finds that women, and thereby evolution, selected for males with relatively short upper faces. The region between the brow and the upper-lip is scrunched proportionately to the overall size of their heads.

Among the men who fit the bill: Will Smith and Brad Pitt.

In a past study, researchers found a similar facial pattern in chimpanzees, with males having relatively shorter and broader faces compared with females, controlling for body size. Men with "mini mugs" might have been most attractive to the opposite sex and thus most likely to attract mates for reproduction, passing along the striking features to the next generation and so forth, said lead study author Eleanor Weston, a paleontologist at the Natural History Museum in London. "The evolution of facial appearance is central to understanding what makes men and women attractive to each other," Weston said. "We have found the distance between the lip and brow was probably immensely important to what made us attractive in the past, as it does now."

While the scientists who authored the current study examined skulls and did not specifically study how modern faces fit the findings, the Natural History Museum press officers applied Weston's findings to a "quick and dirty" survey of photos of celebrities.

They came up with a list of stars with masculine faces, listing them from most to least masculine according to facial dimensions: Will Smith, Australian singer Peter Andre, Justin Timberlake, French soccer pro Thierry Henry, Brad Pitt, David Beckham, Johnny Depp and Kanye West.

Prosthesis Offers Hope for Tailless Dolphin

Clearwater, Florida---Winter, an 18-month-old dolphin, lost her tail after getting caught in a buoy line and has learned how to swim and play without it, but her adjustments may hurt her delicate spine in the long run if other options are not pursued. Prosthetic specialist Kevin Carroll travels the country tackling the toughest human amputation cases, so it was only natural that he was also drawn to Winter — the only known dolphin to survive the loss of her powerful tail flukes.

"My heart went out to her, and I was thinking I could probably put a tail on her," said Carroll, vice president of prosthetics at Hanger Orthopedic Group, Inc.

Recreating one of the most powerful swimming mechanisms in nature turned out to be a lot tougher than expected. But after months of experimenting, Carroll and a unique team of experts are well on their way to, as one of them puts it, "MacGyvering" a tail for Winter. Unlike the 1980s cult TV hero "MacGyver," who worked his way out of tight spots with everyday items, much of what Winter's team is creating is first-of-its-kind stuff. "We put together a team who doesn't know what 'no' means," said Mike Walsh, Winter's lead veterinarian and a program manager at the University of Florida's aquatic animal health program. "As long as you're willing to try, you can make a big difference."

Community  Throws Big Baby Shower for a Florida Couple Expecting Sextuplets....

( What would you do? )

Parents expecting to deliver the first sextuplets on record in Florida were showered with clothing, diapers, baby wipes and gift cards. Ben and Karoline Byler also received a year's supply of ready-made meals and baby formula, six months of in-home wellness care and a $7,000 generator for backup power at the community baby shower Saturday at Idlewild Baptist Church. Karoline Byler, 29, is expected to deliver sextuplets — five boys and a girl — at the Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg in the next few weeks. Karoline Byler, in the 28th week of her pregnancy, did not attend the baby shower because she is hospitalized.

"Karoline is doing very well and they're not going to let her go past 32 weeks with the delivery," said Ben Byler, 30. "Their brain development is done, their lungs are close to fully developed and we're right up on what they consider a good time for the babies at 30 weeks."

i'm not sure if that whole face thing is true. if it was, then i would have chicks all over me right now. i really don't see johnny depp, brad pitt or j.t. having a bull dog face. i don't see it.

as for the dolphin, i think it's great that doctor's want to help out this animal. i don't know why anyone would be offended or angry about a doctor choosing to save it's life.

sextuplets. how do you fit that many kids in one women??? how do they even live inside of her without all of them kicking each other and getting tangled with the cord??? it's crazy.

so your saying ddain, for me to get any of the reporters/anchors to date me i'm gonna have to have the face of a bulldog, a hummer, and tons of cash. hmmm what about a big house? what about some brains? what about a large -----0 ??? lol? all that for a girl? no wonder love is dead. no guy could afford all of that just to get a girl to give him a 2nd look.

all i have to say is this. "oh god, please let me win the lottory so i can marry liz espinosa, cuz i'll never be able to earn all that money" lol.
