NOT THIS TIME

DAYTON, Ohio (AP) -- A woman convicted of murdering her infant daughter by microwaving her was spared the death penalty Wednesday by a jury that couldn't reach a unanimous decision.

China Arnold was convicted for killing her baby by burning her in the microwave.

THE WOMAN SMILED AND WAVED TO FAMILY AS SHE LEFT THE COURTROOM.

Sorry but I think an eye for an eye is a great thing in this situation. What did this child do to deserve this? Maybe we can put her in a hole with just her head exposed and place peanut butter all over her face.......did I mention the ant hills that would be all around her?

An eye for an eye should have been the decision.

They couldn't reach a unanimous decision? you have got to be kidding, this stupid B***H placed her baby in a microwave and nuked her like a hot pocket, it has long been my contention that the eye for eye concept is perfect, in her case there would be some extra expense, building a really BIG microwave, stuff that sub-human piece of garbage in and set it on defrost.

An eye for an eye, blood for blood, it's a common code. They probably couldn't reach a decision because it's hard to fathom why a woman would put her kid into a microwave... does Ohio even have the death penalty?

Lucky her she wasn't a father. If a man had done what she did we would have put him to death without a second thought.

Keep that in mind as the Casey Anthony case moves forward.

Justice may be blind but something tells me she does a little groping before she makes a decision.

Put his wack job in the same cell with Casey, maybe with the grace of God they will kill each other!
I say do to her as she did to her child,Im sure they have a adult size microwave! Put in her for a 1 min and see how she feels and then tell her this is what that beautiful baby felt!
I feel someone pulling the race card in defense of this piece if SHITE!

Someone should stick her in a microwave.
I am a beleiver of justic.

If a court of law proves you stabbed a victim to death, we should do the same to you. If you killed someone with a gun, right back at ya'.

Eye for an eye.

Jury Hears Why Texas Man Put Child In Microwave

Reported by: Melissa Hayes, KARK 4 News
Tuesday, Mar 18, 2008 @07:26pm CST

Twenty year old Joshua Mauldin was charged with felony injury to a child in Galveston, Texas last May for burning his daughter in a hotel microwave.

Tuesday, the jury watched a videotaped confession from Mauldin.
On the tape, he used a teddy bear to show how he threw the child from bed to bed before he placed her in a safe, refrigerator and the microwave.

“I didn't mush her in there. I bent her knees so she would fit,” Mauldin said on a videotaped confession.

Attorneys claims Mauldin is mentally ill and has heard voices in his head for years.
If convicted, he faces charges ranging from probation to life in prison.

Jim, sadly this is not anywhere near the first time. Results 1 - 10 of about 212,000 for man put child in microwave.

Good idea Toddt, I am thinking if she is in a hole with only her head exposed, take a microwave, bypass the door safety, place the microwave over her head se

In a case like this an eye for an eye isn't even good enough because the child was innocent and she is not.
I would take it one step further.
microwave her long enough to get her thoughts on what it feels like to be placed in a microwave and watch that sadistic smile just melt away.
They should make a special made microwave large enough for cases like this to sqeeze sadistic scum into for nuking as there punishment.
In fact, death would be the easy way out.
Nuke em long enough to remember what they have done and make it a weekly to monthly punishment or how ever long it takes them to heal for the next one.
This way, you can make sure they don't remember what they have done in a way that makes them feel they got away with it and fix it to where they remember in a way they will never be able to forget(nightmares and all).

People like this make me sick(if you can even call them people), and what is worse is when they get away with it by pleading insanity, HELLO. obviously anyone who would do something like that is insane, so what is the differance between the insane murderers who get the death penalty and the insane murders who get life/psyciatric.
