I tend to agree though I would add a number of Republican names to that List including that of McCain,, Graham,, Specter and for that matter,, MOST of the Republican Elitists in the upper Heirarchy of the Republican Party..

It is DOUBTFUL that ANY who has followed Politics EVEN in a rudimentary fashion for the last ten years can reasonably deny this..

For MOST of us,, THIS has been EVIDENT since the days of the So-Called Reagan Democrats who sought NOT to embrace the Republican Ideals but instead worked feverishly to UNDERMINE them in favor of the Democrat Platform.. For DECADES now they have worked OVERTIME to Shift the Republican Party to the FAR Left and so,, to a GREAT degree,, THEY HAVE SUCCEDED....

It is Interresting that NONE of the Democrat so called defectors EVER took a secondary role in the Republican Party but were instead allowed to secure positions of LEADERSHIP right off the bat..

And of Course,, ONE simply CANNOT fail to mention the role of the Liberal MSM is this election..

EVEN NOW,, the loss of this last election is being touted as a result of the Republicans NOT embracing the Philosophies and Political Trappings of the Democrats and they are even WRONG in THIS..

Ie..It is IRONIC that Illegal Immigration KEEPS coming up as a MAIN reason for this loss when it was the REPUBLICAN Candidate that SPONSORED the McCain/Kennedy Amnesty Bill..

As you can PLAINLY see,, it EVEN bears his NAME..

In contrast,, it DIDN’T help when McCain stumbled into the Republican camp every now and then either..

Ie… Another reason cited for the loss was that McCain FAILED to name a LIBERAL Democrat turned LIBERAL Independent ( Lieberman ) as his running mate but instead had the termerity and the GALL to name a Conservative to the position..

THESE are just TWO examples..

Remember,,, THIS is coming from the VERY people who are trying to CRIMINALIZE Conservatism and ERADICATE the TRUE Republican Party and HAVE been for DECADES..

The FACT of the matter is that we ONLY had a SINGLE choice in this last election for President and THAT choice was between a FIRST and a SECOND string Democrat..  Those who CHOSE to Surrender their principles have YET to learn that the ONLY people that can get away with ACTING like a Democrat IS a DEMOCRAT..THAT which KEEPS or gets a Republican thrown in JAIL or OUT of Office gets a REAL Democrat PROMOTED…McCAIN lost this election,,, NOT Palin..

We’ve ALL seen the story… An Iraqi "reporter" throws his shoe at the President.. If you didn’t actually SEE it you KNOW by now that the Uproarious Cheering that you HEARD were those of the Bush Haters as THEY taped this story for repeated viewings at their Pot Parties..

We’ve ALL heard the reports by now. ALREADY the MSM has TRIED to portray this as an example of the COMMON sentiment of the Iraqi People and they LINK,, along WITH this Politically Motivated LIE,, the Idea and concept that ALL of our Efforts,, ALL of our Sacrifices were WASTED in our Attempts to Bring Freedoms to a COUNTRY populated by,, and THIS is THEIR word,, "SAVAGES" who are GENETICALLY INCAPABLE of appreciating such Freedoms....We've ALL heard THIS before TIME and TIME again....

Now,, LET’S put aside for a moment the FACT that this SAME Liberal MSM would CRUCIFY any but another Liberal for branding a WHOLE people and population living in one of the OLDEST Civilized Cultures on the Planet as "Savages" and just chaulk THAT up to yet ANOTHER example of Hypocracy from the Left..Merely ANOTHER of the INCALCUABLE number of them that would take MANY MANY lifetimes to list HERE....

The FACT is that THIS reporter NO MORE reflects the Common Sentiment of the Iraqi People then Bill Ayers or the Reverend Wright reflects the Common Sentiment of the American People.. But THAT deviates from the GIST of the REASON for this post..

The Problem that I have with the way this story has been reported and the way that the accompanying debate surrounding it has developed is this WIDESPREAD PORTRAYAL of this incident as FREE SPEECH..

I have seen this story talked about on ALL of the Network and Cable News shows and have YET to see this LIE being challenged..The BEST that I have heard was that THIS Pig of a reporter was exercizing a FREEDOM that he would have been EXECUTED for JUST 6 YEARS ago.. While such an ACTION as THIS and it’s HARSH subsequent REACTION by a Saddam Government is a FOREGONE conclusion,, I STILL have a SERIOUS Problem with this being Portrayed as a MERE example of FREE SPEECH…

Because,, IT IS NOT!!!!!!!!!!

ForGET Saddam.. If THIS had happened in ANY country,, INCLUDING Iraq,, to ANY other Head of State,, OTHER then BUSH,, it would have been treated and REPORTED AS the ASSAULT that it REALLY IS..

There would have BEEN no discussions over FREE SPEECH..It would NOT have EVEN been SUGGESTED that it WAS Free Speech..It would have been UNIVERSALLY Condemned as the PHYSICAL Assault that it IS..

There is a MAJOR difference between the bailout of the Financial Industry and the Auto makers..

First..The Financial Industry Failures effect EVERYBODY and it's Collapse leaves NO alternatives..There is NOWHERE ELSE TO GO..

The Collapae of the BIG three does NOT mean that you can NEVER again buy a car or a truck.. It JUST means that you will buy them ELSEWHERE..

SECOND..The Financial Industry Crises was and IS,, at LEAST to a GREAT degree,, the RESULT of Government INTERFERRENCE in the FREE Market System whereas the Big Three's Financial Crises is,, to a GREAT degree,, the result of the UNION and LEGACY Company Busting Contracts...

And as VIT has stated elsewhere and is EXACTLY right..The UAW is NOT just a group of workers ALL trying to make a living wage..The UAW is a CORPORATION,, with a PRESIDENT,, a BOARD of DIRECTORS and yes,,EVEN dues Paying Shareholders..

THE crises is NOTHING more then the result of a DECADES long Struggle between TWO CORPORATIONS..EACH with it's OWN interrest,, and NOT the Membership,, on the line...

And to answer ANOTHER question posed by the UAW..
WHY should WE take a paycut while other's don't???

Well HELL,,,It JUST so happens that I can answer that LAST question…In FACT,, One of the leading Pollsters HAS answered that question..

The Obama voter, apparently, is one of the most ignorant sets of voters that we have ever seen or known about in a presidential race. John Ziglar got hold of Zogby, and said, "I have some questions," and he paid him to do a poll.

They just went out, found a bunch of Obama voters and they did the SAME type of scientific poll that Zogby always does. It was comprised of 512 Obama voters between November 13th and November 15th. The margin of error is 4.4 points.

By the way, 97.1% of the Obama voters were high school graduates or higher. Fifty-five percent were college graduates...So,, we're NOT talking about the Poor,, the Disadvantaged and the Uneducated here..THIS is the CREAM of the CROP...

THIS was a Multiple Choice Survey so the CORRECT answers were RIGHT there for ALL to see.. You actually had a 25% chance of getting it right just by guessing..

THIS is just SOME of what they Found;

57.4% could not correctly say which party controls Congress..

71.8% could not correctly say that Joe Biden quit a previous campaign because of plagiarism..

82.6% could not correctly say that Obama won his first election by getting opponents kicked off the ballot..

88.4% could not correctly say that Obama said his policies would likely bankrupt the coal industry and make energy rates skyrocket..

56% could not correctly say Obama started his political career at the home of two former members of the Weather Underground..

So 56% basically didn't know a THING about Bill Ayers,, WHO he IS and to WHAT extent he has a relationship with our NEW President-Elect...

On the OTHER hand,,

87% knew that Sarah Palin is the person upon whom the party spent $150,000 in clothes..

94% knew that Sarah Palin was the one with the pregnant teenaged daughter..

86.9% thought Palin said she could see Russia from her house, even though it was Tina Fey and NOT Sarah Palin that said that,, as Fey portrayed Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live..

These were Obama voters. Now, what THIS shows is that the Obama voters were total addicts to the Drive-By Media. The Drive-By Media informed none of their audience about Bill Ayers, about Biden and his plagiarism. These voters knew NOTHING of these things but they DID know everything in the world about Sarah Palin. They knew ( or more precisely,,were TOLD TO know) how stupid she was, how dumb she was... Obama's voters,, on the other hand,, have no clue as to who he REALLY is.

It's ALL VERY interesting. BTW…Zogby took a LOT of heat for this like you can't imagine from the Drive-By Media..

He had to put out a statement on his website verifying that this was a legit poll and that he was contracted by John Ziglar to do this and that he did so according to the SAME scientific techniques that he always uses and that EVERYONE,,INCLUDING the SAME Drive-By Media,, has ALWAYS accepted..

It is AGAINST a dangerous change and the manner in which that change is being attempted… AND,, the WAY in which this safeguard has been accomplished reflects an even MORE dangerous and INSIDIOUS Change that has been observed of late..,, The arbitrary and UNCONSTITUTIONAL ABUSE of POWER by Black Robed Political Accolytes of the Left that WE have come to know as the Federal Judiciary.. If you DID,, there'd be NO such thing as RAPE...ALL such Laws defining RAPE would be UNCONSTITUTIONAL...

This WHOLE business is an ATTEMPT at gaining a LEGAL recognition leading to what the supporters HOPE to eventually gain,,THAT being... The OVERALL acceptance by the General Population of THAT which they have ALWAYS REFUSED to accept.... And they will HAVE that recognition EVEN if that acceptance HAS to be accomplished by FORCE of LAW..

And as FAR as these rediculous examples of Naturally occuring acts of Homosexuality in animals is concerned,,, FAR from being an argument AGAINST the traditional view of the Sanctity of Marriage they are ,, IN FACT,,, EXACTLY the OPPOSITE…

Studies show that when these incidents of what appears to be same sex attempts to couple occur in nature there's usually an extra oridinary reason to account for it such as a LACK of Females.. THIS can orrur for ANY number of reasons.. It is DOUBTFUL that there is ANY attraction involved at all..JUST a STRONG Sex Drive and a COMPLETE LACK of Intellect and Self Control.. Something excusable and EVEN expected in Animals .. We do NOT assigned THAT level of responsibility to them..

THIS is MERELY an Instinctive Reaction to the onset of the Natural Sex Drive,, usually SEASONABLE in Nature and therefore overwhelmingly powerful,, But  even THEN,, homosexual encounters  in nature is NOT considered to be the Norm…..

It should ALSO be noted that EVEN in those creatures that normally MATE for LIFE,, such as in SOME species of birds,, where THIS Deviance from the norm  ( And BTW..There is NOTHING inherently WRONG with  BEING Normal )  has been observed,, there is NO such exclusive devotion between the individuals that can be even remotely defined as a lasting relationship.. The Individual of interrest,, if you will,, will invariably move ON to his NEXT target of interrest with NO more of an attachment then one would NORMALLY see exibited between the Sexual Miscreant and the other members of his OWN sex.. So,, though one MIGHT make an Argument that the ACT of Homosexuality MAY be occuring in Nature,, there is NO such evidence to suggest that the animal kingdom’s version of a MARRAIGE between same sex couples EVER takes place..

And BTW..

Exactly WHEN did WE,, as HUMAN BEINGS,, take our Cues from Animals ANYWAY???

Back in 2001 Seven years before Barack Obama’s "spread the wealth" comment to Joe the Plumber became a campaign issue, the current Democratic presidential candidate said in a radio interview that the U.S. has suffered from a fundamentally FLAWED Constitution that does not mandate or allow for the "Redistribution of Wealth"…

In a newly unearthed tape, Obama is heard telling Chicago's public station WBEZ-FM in 2001 that "redistributive change" is needed, pointing to what he regarded as a failure of the U.S. Supreme Court under Chief Justice Earl Warren in its rulings on civil rights issues in the 1960s.

The Warren court, he said, failed to..

"break free from the essential constraints in the U.S. Constitution and launch a major redistribution of wealth."

But then Obama, then an Illinois state senator, said that the legislative branch of government, rather than the courts, probably was the ideal avenue for accomplishing that goal.( Because COURTS are ALSO bound to that very SAME Flawed Constitution )

He went on to say,

"If you look at the victories and failures of the civil rights movement and its litigation strategy in the court, I think where it succeeded was to invest formal rights in previously dispossessed people, so that now I would have the right to vote. I would now be able to sit at the lunch counter and order and as long as I could pay for it I’d be OK

But, the Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth, and of more basic issues such as political and economic justice in society. To that extent, as radical as I think people try to characterize the Warren Court, it wasn't that radical. It didn't break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution, at least as it's been interpreted, and the Warren Court interpreted in the same way, that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties. It says what the states can't do to you. It says what the Federal Government can't do to you, but doesn't say what the federal government or the state governments MUST do on your behalf.

And that hasn't shifted and one of the, I think, tragedies of the civil rights movement was because the civil rights movement became so court-focused I think there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalition of powers through which you bring about redistributive change. In some ways we still suffer from that."

Now.. "What’s the PROBLEM here",,you ask..Well..Beyond the fact that Obama has Demonstrated a PROFOUND departure from the intended ROLE of the Constitution,, he is willing to FUNDAMENTALLY change the ENTIRE Scope of the role that the Constitution PLAYS in Our Society..

The Constitution does NOT grant you ANY Positive Rights..in FACT,,there are ONLY three Positive rights enumerated in ANY of our Founding Documents and they are "Endowed" by OUR Creator,, NOT the Constitution..

THEY are,,,LIFE,,LIBERTY and the PERSUIT of HAPPINESS..

The Constitution is a Document that DIRECTS the PROHIBITIONS of the GOVERNMENTS in their DEALINGS with those THREE rights and THAT is it's ONLY Intended Function..

For Instance,, the Prohibition of ANY Law AGAINST Free Speech automatically RECOGNIZES and Respects the Positive right of LIBERTY.... In Passing a Negative Law AGAINST Murder you are recognizing and respecting the Positive right to LIFE.. and SO it goes..The TEN Commandments are the SAME way..

The Constitution,, for instance,, NEVER says that YOU have the right to Free Speech..It ONLY says that the Government cannot abridge or otherwise PROHIBIT that right..The LACK of such prohibitions RESULTS in your FREEDOM to speak your mind without FEAR of Government Intervention under the RIGHT of LIBERTY..

And THIS does NOT prohibit an Individual from doing so..THAT IS COVERED BY CIVIL LAW UNDER "CIVIL RIGHTS"..

Now..LET"S take Home ownership,, as but ONE example of the Obama Doctrine,, and see where Obama’s "Second Bill of Positive Rights" will take us..

Right NOW you have the ability to OWN a Home under the "PERSUIT of Happiness" "Right" endowed by OUR Creator IF INDEED you were to actually PERSUE that end..

Under Obama’s Doctrine of the "Second Bill of Rights".. EVERYBODY would have the RIGHT to own a Home at BIRTH ..

A person walks into a Home Depot,, Tells the employee that he wants to build a house and that he needs a hammer.. The Employee KNOWS that this guy’s going to spend a LOT of Money at Home Depot IF he treats his customer right so he takes a $10.00 Dollar Hammer off the Shelf and says

"I’m going to let YOU have this hammer for $5.00.."

Now,,The Happy Customer has gotten a BREAK..But it is NOT a Gift…He STILL has to pay a PRICE for the Hammer..

Now..LET’S say that this SAME customer comes in and there’s TWO people standing there..NOW the employee takes that SAME $10.00 hammer down off the shelf and says,,

"You have to pay $20.00 for this Hammer"

Naturally,,the SHOCKED Customer says..

"WHAT the hell FOR?? It ONLY says $10.00.."

To WHICH the employee responds..

"Yes,,THAT may be TRUE but Mark here Has EVERY right to that hammer that YOU do and he spent all his money on crack so YOU have to BUY it FOR him..And on TOP of THAT..WHEN you’re finished building your House YOU have to let Mark move IN with you.."

THEN the employee Bytches ‘cause that customer went ahead and got his hammer somewhere else..

Now,,,HOW many of you would put UP with this if YOU were that customer??

A LOT is being made of these Tax Breaks because supposedly ONLY the Wealthy are benefitting from them..How UNFAIR they are because the Government is "Giving" something to ONE Segment of Society that it doesn’t "GIVE" to all.. 

Well,, THAT’S Not true,, The Government is "Giving " NOTHING away with Tax Breaks..It is SIMPLY agreeing to reduce it’s TAKING AWAY of something that is NOT their’s to begin with....

The FACT of the matter is that TAX BREAKS are NOT socialism and they’re NOT Monies that the Government "Gives away" as is being contended NOR is the REST of America being left out in the Cold here..TAX Breaks are NOT welfare..They are based on TAXES..If you PAY no Taxes you should GET no Tax Breaks and ANY Break should be BASED on the Taxes that you PAY..

THAT'S BASIC LOGIC..

A TAX Break is a FRACTION of a TAX being Levied by the Government..

NOTHING’S being Given to ANYONE with a Tax Break.. People are MERELY being allowed to KEEP more of the Income that THEY EARNED..

It’s NOT the Government’s Money and it SURE as HELL AIN’T your’s either..

On the OTHER hand,, the So called Needy in this country being SCREWED because they receive Little or NOTHING in the way of TAX BREAKS because they PAY NO TAXES is a LIE..

THEY are NOT being Screwed at all… Tha fact of the matter is,,

This was 2.7% of GDP and This Includes Medicaid, food stamps, family support assistance (AFDC), child nutrition programs, refundable portions of earned income tax credits (EITC and HITC) and child tax credit, welfare contingency fund, child care entitlement to States, temporary assistance to needy families, foster care and adoption assistance, State children’s health insurance and MANY MANY more such Programs GIVEN to people,, BY TAXPAYERS,,  for SIMPLY existing...

Now..when you see "Tax Credit" THAT means an Outlay based on an ENTITLEMENT and USUALLY to a NON taxpayer whereas a Tax BREAK is BASED on TAXES to be Paid BY a TAXPAYER..

KEEP this in Mind when you hear Obama's Plans for the Reditribution of Wealth ( Socialism ) in his Rhetoric..

NO welfare recipient or ANYONE else for THAT matter ever paid a DIME to give someone a Tax Break but ALL TAXPAYERS pay to give someone ENTITLEMENTS..
