GRAYWOLF's Brain Farts

Thanks to inspiration by IS, I have devised this game...
I will post snippets of various songs and you get to guess if it is a "rock" song or a "country" song.

Now,
a lot of songs cross over and could be called either, I am looking for:
would you find this in the rock or country section of the music
department of Wal-Mart or Target (they don't separate out
blues/bluegrass/rap/etc).

Some of you may want to step it up a
bit and guess the song/artist...we can do that later. I will delete any
of those types of posts before I announce it is OK to do that...(it is
only fair to the others)

Some may be easy, some may not...give it your best shot. There is no planned order to these, they are random in their placement.

OK!! Here are my guesses:

A31 - Rock (sounds VERY familiar)
A32 - Rock
A33 - Rock
A34 - Country (because I feel like I am picking "Rock" too much)
A35 - Country
A36 - Rock
A37 - Country
A38 - Country
A39 - Country
A40 - This is a trick I think.... Rock

I must say - I don't think I have EVER been an inspiration for this many blogs!! hehehehehehehehe

You need to do a "reveal" day - and post the entirety of the songs.

70%

I have been, unfortunately, I can't edit the blog while it is on the main page so I just add them to the comments so that you have to copy/paste the URL.

I ran out of room on Google, so I had to delete the old ones.

Ok, Graywolf, I do have a question for you if I may. Are these the original artists?

Most of the time, yes...I can't say that none of the songs were written by someone else or previously released by someone else...I don't know. I can say that none of these were wildly popular songs by someone else. I try to avoid the more popular (recognizable) songs, just because that would be too easy.

The other side of that is, these are not done by writers that don't perform...i won't be posting any songs by the Taupin dude that wrote all those songs with Elton John...these are actual writer/performers that can be heard on the radio at any time.

I like to play devil's advocate. You will often find me using Socratic irony, just for fun. Comments to posts aren't necessarily my position on a subject. I like to try to make people think of the other side of the issue. Don't read anything into my statements. If I didn't state it, I probably didn't mean it that way!
