GW, you should write a blog posting on that Nixon quote. It was obviously cherry-picked from context and most would find the end result to be somewhat stunning.

Do you mean this:
It's easy to imagine Nixon smelling blood, going for the throat, as David Frost did. In the play's climactic scene, Frost asked Nixon: "Are you really saying that there are certain situations where the President can decide whether it's in the best interests of the nation and do something illegal?" Nixon declared: "I'm saying that when the President does it, that means it's not illegal."

Maybe I will find some time in the near future to ponder that.

Currently I am working on trying to do for me what we have been unable to do for you!

I will know a lot more in a couple of hours as to how much time I have.

Crud, GW! That sux! My corporation has been shedding network folks, too. Okay, let me amend that: My corporation has been shedding folks, some of which are network admin.

It is a nice thing they gave you some time, but still...

Did you guys get sold or just shutting down?

"Consolidation"

I don't know why they didn't do this a long time ago. From a business standpoint, it is kind of a DUH! move.

The company I work for is a less-than truckload trucking company with 3 regional components covering the US. Each component is a separate corporation with a separate general office.

I work in the southern component's general office here in Fort Worth.

They are shutting down the southern and western GOs and consolidating into one nation wide company with the GO in Ann Arbor, Mich.
