Ah ha...calling all dancers! Where are you?? Come out ...come out... from wherever you are! I am a big dancer...and yes I am a big fan of Dancing with the Stars! Do you watch? Alright bloggers, last week was a serious topic which of course we will revisit down the line, but I wanted to lighten up the mood this week! By the way, hope you had a great Easter, Passover!

So, do you dance? If so, what do you dance?? I grew up dancing and performing my creations at family functions! Yes, they were subjected to it all...my modern, breakdance, ballet phase(s).... :)

My mother is a great dancer, I credit her with my abilities...she taught me Flamenco (the Spanish dance) ...but now I am planning on taking a professional Flamenco class with a friend. I am really excited because this friend is someone I went to Junior High with in Lawndale and we crack up laughing because she was part of my dance club of 4 girls...I would share with you our dance nicknames but it's too embarassing! LOL :)

Were you in any dance groups? Oh and please, if anyone knows of a great dance class in LA, be it hip hop, modern, etc please tell!!!!!!

hey elizabeth, thanks alot for blogging in my my fighters blog. it was really sweet that you actually took the time to read it.

as for dancing, well i'm a horrible dancer. i feel dumb doing it, which makes me stiff. besides most of the music i listen to isn't really dance music either. i guess i'm more a headbanger, head walker, stage diving, moshing type if you could consider that a dance. too bad that most girls i know are really into dancing, so sometimes i make a fool of myself to make them happy.

i only watch last seasons "dancing with the star" show. the only reason i watched it was because of stacy keibler. i'm a wrestling fan, and i got to support them. i felt she should have won, but came in 3rd. she was way better then jerry rice. the outcome really angered me. it was based on popularity, and not technique.

oh yeah, great story today (4/11/07) about the bag issue. i thought you looked cute when you place the plastic bag over your head. childlike awww. oh yeah your hair looked great again. with the bangs and tied back with the matching olive green clips. did i hear a church bell ringing behind you??? i'm not sure if you saw the video clip of shoppers bagging their items, but my sister was busting up laughing because some girl place 2 bottles of soda and huge jar of mayo in one plastic bag. rookie, she has to separate them or double bag. anyways take care, i'll see what i can find on the dance classes for ya. i'll be your dance partner anytime, even though i suck. take care

Sorry for the delay in writing, was too busy cutting a rug over here.

Although I've never had any formal training (much like William Hung) nobody, and I mean nobody, can touch me when I'm on the floor. You can't really describe my style with words, only with looks of admiration and jealousy by those who can't hold a candle to me.

I've been invited to several weddings simply because I take over the dance floor, regardless of the type of music that's playing. And these invites have come from people who don't me personally, but know of my reputation for juicing up a party like nobody else can.

Elizabeth you'd be amazed, as would everyone else out here in Blog-land.

Dancing Machine...out!

You think so beepbeep? I mean, not only can I shake a leg, but my rapier wit and slight to the right political views would capture any woman's attention.

as funny as ddain is, and as agressive beepbeep is, i'm pretty sure liz would fall for the sweet and sensitive guy which is me.

I was in a dance group in high school. I took ballroom dancing in college. My kids used dance hula. Nos Samantha is more into singing and Cheyenne is more into acting and playing the guitar.

well i didnt want to sound all cocky, but come on, i'm the total package. i'm sweet, sensitive, agressive, funny, thoughtful, and i look like a bad ass. plus i think i have great hair, especially on a good hair day. not to mention her family would love me. since i'm latin, we would totally hit off because we can relate on music, food, language, religion. so it's clear to see who she would pick.

ddain treat her good.

Samo...I will if given the chance. If you don't, you'll answer to me.

Getting back to dancing...I tried to take lessons with my wife before our wedding so we (mostly me) wouldn't look horrible in front of friends and family for our first dance. They didn't last long, I got way too frustrated and bagged the idea. I reckon if I'm in the middle of the pack on the dance floor, nobody will notice if I'm not in step with everyone else.

yeah, that's what i try to do too. stay in the middle of the pack. i also though of taking a few lessons before i ever get married. i think the best way to not be so frustrated with it, is to cater to your style, and at least have a idea of what you would like to do and capable of doing.

well here are a few web sights that i found that you might want to check out. they all seem to teach similar styles, and i hope they are close to your neigborhood. most of them all ball room, latin style, hip hop, and swing dancing. i hope this helps out. take care.

I was listening to the news yesterday, and heard Elizabeth saying that she was a good Christian girl.

All I know is that Christian girls are the most aggressive. They are consummate ladies in the parlor, and that's about it.

My physician introduced me to the pastors daughter, at a Sunday Pentecostal church service. Afterwards, this girl drove me to my house, and had my zipper down before I closed the garage door.

She was a couch potato, and turned mine into a bean bag. I even dented the drywall with her rear-end.

It was great...just like a workout.

What's the moral of the story?

Sensitive guys get tickled with a feather...

Men who shake legs, rape wit, and hang to the right, usually get caught in the closet with a Republican intern, which is when I exile them to pedophile island...

Aggressive guys go home with the pastors daughter.

Not being funny or anything, but the best way to learn how to dance is by hanging out in the HOOD, and watching the youngsters dance. Believe it or not, I have learned a lot from hanging around some of my children's friends. It is not hard and many of them will take the time to teach you if you really want to learn. Also, pull Nischelle and Tony's coattail. You have several of people from all ethnicities that are wonderful dancer. This is a motivational prompt (SMILE), I can even show you a few things.
