WHY WON'T OUR GOVERNMENT PROTECT US

YEP,   YOU READ THAT RIGHT FOLKS

     Yeah Yeah Yeah,   I know.  Our government DOES protect our interests right?    SURE THEY DO.

      Is $4.00 per gallon for gasoline what you would call protecting our interests?   FOUR DOLLARS A GALLON FOR  GAS?

      OH,,, but that's what OPEC has raised the barrel pirces to.  ABSOLUTE BULL CRAP.

      We have our own oil.  We have our own fields, and oil rigs, and we produce tons of oil.   BUT,,, the oil companies choose to export it.  How insane is that.?    SCREW OPEC.   You call the ARABS OUR FRIENDS AND ALLIES??????

       AND YOU THINK THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT??????   NO WAY JOSE ...... Because it doesn't affect them like it does us common folk.   Congress needs to be FIRED........ These losers work for us.      These are the guys who we put into office.     It's a complete HORROR to think that all the red tape that exists in our society that we can't have leader who jump to the defense of the people that put them there in the first place. 

       The oil companies haven't made anything but pure profit times twenty for years, and years.   And congress, and this LOSER president we have should drag these BASTAxxx into the oval office and have a COME TO JESUS meeting with them all., and tell them either you drop the price or we'll NATIONALIZE gasoline.  Do you hear me you creaps.   We'll put every single one of you out of business over night.

         Those of you who are old enough might remember when the president did that decades ago to the US STEEL COMPANIES.

          In only 24 hours,  there was an announcement nationwide that steel was going to drop to ground level immediately. 

          Doesn't anybody have any BALLS anymore.?   The White House, and the Congress are composed of a bunch of LAWYERS.  That's the single biggest problem right off the bat.  And we all know these guys are not capable of rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty.

           We should REALLY revamp the entire federal government before the friggin Arabs and the Chinese own us completely. 

             MANNNNNNNN am I PISSED.

At least you have a sense of humor there ED.

I AM serious though. the IDIOTS we have in Washington are complete ASSES. And I mean all of them. WE NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE BUDDY.

Just like after a house fire. You have to take the house right down to the block walls, and start from scratch.

There's TOO MUCH special interest in this country, it needs to end. NOW.

NOTHING I'd like to see better then 535 writhing bodies at the foot of the steps of the Capital..

THEN replace them ALL with the Common People..The REAL people of this country..

Congress, like Bush, are fine with the price of oil because it puts bucks in their pockets.
We have the best Congress and Executive Branch that money can buy.
Oil Money!
Bush wouldn't fix it because he has earned $60 million on oil just since the war.
The oil companies upped the price of gasoline to the tune of $40 billion in profit when we went into Iraq, because they could.
The Americans thought that paying the gasoline increase was doing our part to support the war on terrorism and WMD!
Instead, the oil companies, with Bush's blessings, that wonderful Christian, was just reaping in the profits.
Drilling for oil at home will not do us any good because it will just be refined by the same crooks.
They will drill our national resources for their personal profits and screw other Americans and destroy the country while they are at it.
We need to nationalize the oil companies.
We need to restrict sales of autos to those that get 40 mpg or better.
We need to get alternative fuel autos on the road whether or not the oil companies like it.
The oil companies are destroying the country.
I think that the high price of gasoline will ultimately be their down fall.
But yes, every incumbent must be voted out of office.

Hey PegasusWing,

Thanks for the response. let me clarify my point on drilling in the USA. I mean to only do that if we NATIONALIZE gasoline. The oil companies have had their FAIR CHANCES time and time again to do the right thing, but they refuse. WE MUST NATIONALIZE GASOLINE, and we must drill here in the USA. AND YES, I agree with you that IN THE MEANTIME, WE MUST COMMAND the auto companies to produce cars that get better gas mileage, AND AT THE SAME TIME MAXIMIZE our efforts to produce alternative fueled cars, and trucks. PERIOD.

The problem SPECIAL ED is not how much the execs make. Capitalism is what made this country great. BUT,,, GREED, AND SPECIAL INTEREST is what will DESTROY US.

CONGRESMMEN & WOMEN ACCOUNT TO NO ONE.
THE CONGRESS CAN VOTE TO DO WHAT EVER IT WANTS WITHOUT YOU AND ME EVEN KNOWING, AND THEY DON'T HAVE TO WORRY WHAT WE THINK ANYWAY. BECAUSE THEY ARE THE CONGRESS. They have become TOO powerful, and special interest lines their pockets with more than all of the FOX BLOGGERS together make. BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN BONUSES, AND GIFTS, AND UN ANNNOUNCED COMPENSATION.

THE FIRST THING TO DO WITH CONGRESS IS
FIRE THE BASTARDS. SENATE TOO.

AND THE PRESIDENT IS OUT THE DOOR AS WELL.

THE COUNTRY GOES INTO TEMPORARY RECEIVERSHIP, AND ( THEN ) WE ELECT A NEW CONGRESS AND SENATE. FIRST AND FOREMOST RULE IS THAT THERE WILL BE ( NO MORE ) LAWYERS ALLOWED IN CONGRESS.

I have lots more to say, but i'll leave it for later.

No take what I aid the wrong way doc, I was more being sarcastic abot our joke of a government we have, doc I am so much with you on this one as I am on most of your blogs, I too am you typical pissed off white person, but really do think we will ever be able to clean up our enemys......opp's I mean Government????????

ACTUALLY YES. I DO.

To do that. The PEOPLE have to get pissed off in masses. MAJOR PISSED OFF.

We HAVE THE RIGHT to FIRE the Congress.

If I knew I could muster up the backing, I would take this on. I would drop my business, and aspirations in life to change the United States for the better.

I will put this into my next blog post.
Keep an eye out for it. I don't think I can get it done tonight, but i'll try. If not, then tomorrow for sure.
