It has been a very long time since I wrote a blog/post.  But i just have to say thank you to C. Park and Jodi.

Christina you mentioned before if I saw the "Shout Out" from the GDNY morning crew.  My reply at that time was.. No since I probably was already working in my office area.  Well yesterday while surfing the web I came across a site that has video clips of News Shows ( man what gives with that? ) and low and behold was a clip called  "CP Shout Out". 

Figuring what the heck,  I will give it a view.  and it turns out to be the shout out to me.

Thank you all so much.  And even though your not on in the daytime anymore.  And Jodi has just left the crew,  I'm still tuning in.

when will it go back to normal?   i know that J is on vacation,  but one week C Park is hosting and then she's gone but popping up in the field during the afternoon.  even saw her on a sunday night cast ????

understood that you had to rock out the black again in order to pull that one off.  but for someone that just tuned in at 6:30 and then to see you pop up on the screen.  i almost fell off of my couch.

Oh, and i also must add that it makes you look taller then i guess-timate you to be....  :P

just read through the message boards again and came across a few things that made me wince.... people it's only show business remember !!!!!!!! 

if you think this is something other then making people have fun before they go out into the world in this part of town w/some info of the day's news,   then watch CNN at 6 in the morning.  Or better yet if you have cable maybe the BBC, or PBS for that matter.

it's Fox five morning news for Christ sake...  and all of the local networks are doing the same format.  Give the on air employees a break.

And even though I to was a Ron and Jodi fan..  face the facts, his contract which was coming to an end just was not re-newed.  No reason to now rant about who else they could have let go instead of him.  even worse since if that keeps up maybe she will be once it is time for hers to re-new.  Do you really want to be the cause for another person losing a job in NYC!

Ron will be fine where ever he lands.  He's a great Reporter / TV personality also!

OK. 

6AM FRIDAY.  and yes i admit i have been under a haze for the past few weeks due to major allergy issues but today I noticed the following......

Christina,  you found the perfect dress.  light/sky blue wrap on you...  ROCKS!!!!!

Ines, always lovely in Red and today it did not bleed when you went in front of the green wall.

Reid,  as funny [ loved the Tony S cow bit ] and on the mark as always for someone that probably woke up at 2AM.

Mike, thanks for helping me figure out when I should leave my place today.

Jodi [ great as can be ] & Rick [ sharp tie and matching pocket square ] are WORKING very well together.  and that my friends is the back story to this blog....

to be honest. If Hillary was to change over to being a Republican and then joined the republican ticket as Vice President to John Mc.

I would vote for them....

true I have always voted for Democrats, but this year I really do not want to vote for Obama.


And keep in mind that it was a republican that wrote the EP.

BUT please just say it....  Kelly is A HARD ASS,  and SO is the AG for the USA and NYS.  thank god we have both of them around.  And B and Sharp both rock as well.

I started/opened my own company.  or maybe your producer mentioned that....
by the way.  Sorry for the "all black"  comment since you then turned around and did a shade of red today that IS BRIGHTER THEN THE SUN.
but I now understand the comment from before when I said C please do not tell me you came up with that your self.  All of you have your own producer..  cool beans
guess the director is a nice person to work for since the entire show runs so well.....

Ines is rocking the RED and it did not bleed or distort on my TV set. good going..... camera man.

Christina,  come on.  we know that your a NY'er now.  but you can wear things that have vibrant colors other then BLACK!!!!   sure your working it big time,  but let's see a blue or purple or green now and then.  a RED would be killer,  but again Ines already has that one covered.

ok,  so I am writing this now since i will be away from my comp tomorrow.  but what is it about tri-state drivers?
I live in Jersey,  but work in NYC.  I have a drivers license in Jersey but do not own a car since,  I work in NYC.  [no need for one right?]
But I like to drive to far away places now and then so i rent,  or use my new way of transport.. Zipcar.. (it rocks)
but today after picking up my ride for this weekend i noticed this on my way out of town.
Holland tunnel at 6:20 pm.. heading to jersey...  WTF!!!!???I mean the guys with NYC plates understood the concept of not blocking the Box while the guys with Jersey plates just wanted to get the hell out of NYC...  even over heard a guy at the merge tell his friend to stop cutting people off once we were in the slot for the tunnel...  in NYC we know how to handle traffic and out of town drivers, but in Jersey we see a NY STATE plate and say screw that.  They do not drive as well as we do. (sorry again born and raised in Jersey) so my ?? tonight is.
Why not make the people in the tri-state area pass the written part of each states drivers exam before they are given a license?  I mean maybe it can be done when you have to re-new.  forget about the really out of state folks.  but I hate seeing people from NJ in NY and visa verse. 
again IMO.....
