Stimulus Package Money Trail -- Douglas ChickGovernment Rebate Check Money Trail

1. The Feds send every tax payer a $600 rebate.
2. Taxpayers purchase merchandise made in China.
3. Taxpayers purchase gas from the Arabs.
4. Taxpayers purchase fruit and vegetables from Mexico, Honduras.
5. Taxpayers purchase cars from Japan. 

 
What part of the $600 actually stimulates the American Economy?

Excellent point!

I did purchase a pair of work gloves for gardening that were assembled in America by materials from elsewhere.

That didn't help..... :(

I posted a few weeks ago how beer would be the only "American" product purchased.

Anybody else notice how their co-workers are "mailing it in" with regards to actual work produced? Seems (to me) people are not looking brightly toward their future. Just an observation from someone who may not be observing closely enough, but I worry over what I am observing - so to speak...
