If you ask anyone that has used coupons, inevitably one of them will tell you that they forgot their coupons at home. So make it a habit to keep your coupons in your car. In order for something to be a habit, studies show you'll need to do it 26 times. Then you will do it subconciously. If you forget the coupons while you are in the store, then just leave your cart and then go out to your car and get your coupons and then come back to the store.
Another method is to punish yourself every time you forget your coupons. So if you forget them, then lick the cart handle, smell the shoes of the person closest to you in the store, or pluck a mole hair. You will more than likely remember them next time.

People know me as the Coupon Guy. I typically save 70% to 80% every time I go grocery shopping. I usually save more when shopping for toiletries. In order to get such great deals I do rebates, 50% off and more sales, and coupons.
