How can you do that today?  Simply by avoiding I-35E northbound!  Road crews are working on the ramp to eastbound LBJ and are blocking the left lane to repair guardrails.  The crews should be finished by 4:30 this afternoon, but of course, "should" is the key word in that sentence!  As of right now, the roadwork is causing a 3/4 mile backup.I
